Incroyable mon meilleur hotel sur tout mes herbergement en backpacker en Indonésie. La gentillesse dingue des propriétaires et personnel, la proximité avec les locaux, LE CALME, la vue, le restaurant la propreté tout était parfait avant de rentrer en France

Très bon accueil. Tout est fait pour passer un super séjour. Personnel souriant et gentil. La chambre était très confortable. La piscine vraiment agréable. Personnel vraiment réactif dès que l'on a besoin de qqchose. Possibilité d'aller faire une sortie bateau pour snorkeling. C'était super. L'hôtel s'occupe de tout

The staff were all very nice, Helena was soooo nice to me, nothing was too much trouble, she is exceptional. The view from my room was gorgeous, I could lay on my bed and look at that view forever, the food was fantastic, very tasty

Hartelijk ontvangen door Helena en personeel.
Hebben ons geholpen bij het maken van diverse leuke tripjes op Lombok. Zoals snorkelen bij de diverse eilandjes, bezoek aan wild park en diverse watervallen.
Kamers werden iedere dag netjes schoon gehouden. Eten is ook een aanrader.
Lokatie is helemaal bijzonder. Direct aan het strand met mooi uitzicht op de eilandjes waar je heel goed kan snorkelen.
Was een heerlijke relaxte vakantie. Precies zoals wij het voor gesteld hadden.
Personeel, Helena en Roy bedankt voor deze fijne vakantie.
Stayed at Silver Fern for 3 weeks. Warmly received by Helena and staff. They helped us make several fun trips to Lombok. Such as snorkeling at the various islands, visiting a wild park and various waterfalls. Rooms were kept neatly clean every day. Food is also recommended. Location is completely special. Directly on the beach with beautiful views of the islands where you can snorkel very well. It was a wonderful relaxing holiday. Exactly as we imagined. Thank you to the staff, Helena and Roy for this wonderful holiday.

This place is so lovely right on the water. Very peaceful! Alanna, one of the owners, was so welcoming and a great hostess during our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom and beds very comfortable. Bathroom a little small but this is not a 5 star hotel. Lots of spaces in the common areas to relax. Food and drink at reasonable prices. All in all the place is great value for money. Excellent snorkeling on the nearby islands. Don't miss the floating seafood restaurant nearby for lunch. Thanks Alanna! We will be back

The male owner. should be respect with group or Family guest when they just start to check in. unfortunately we don’t feel very comfortable with the questions about “please don’t cooking in the room” why he asking that for new arrival guest?

The hotels beach (and other beaches nearby) were littered with garbage, water not clear. Owner said it's the issue of rain season only.

Silver Fern has nice tiny sand beach, but sea is very poluted by several rubish. Sea is not suitable for swimming. My recommendation - Silver Fern should arrange for guests a cheap boat for guest transport to near small islands where is clean water.

The female owner is amazing! She knows what hospitality is! She arranged a boat trip to the island for me in really short notice. She is very friendly and helpful!
to be honest I did not really liked the male owner. He was cursing many times and was nice to the guests but made inappropriate jokes to the female local employees.

The food at Silver Fern was terrific, especially the hamburger. We also recommend the banana pancakes for brekky! We were connected easily and speedily with loads of activities, and there were also plenty of opportunities to relax, you walk straight onto the beach. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming. And the view is unbelievable.
The wifi was a bit patchy, but mostly worked well enough for us to remain connected.

This is one of the cleanest hotel I have ever found during my trip in Indonesia. The room arrangement is very cozy. The bathroom is okay. Most of the rooms have sea view. The food is nice. You can go to the island of Nanggu , directly from the hotel.

Lovely low key hotel with friendly and helpful staff and owners. Very good food and lovely seaview setting with pretty and well cared for gardens. Possible to snorkel straight from the beach, but not spectacular in terms of varieties of fish etc. We took a snorkelling boat trip (through the hotel) to the ‘secret Gilis, which was excellent and very good value. We also asked the hotel to arrange airport pick up and that was a good service too. Impossible to not enjoy the company of Maximus the hotel dog - he is such a star! We really enjoyed our stay here and are happy to recommend to anyone wanting a laid back, informal and quiet holiday in the South of Lombok.
It’s located in a quite an isolated spot, so to get out and about requires transport or an arranged trip. We knew this before booking, so it didn’t bother us too much. The beach is quite stoney/corally and not really especially nice to sit. The wifi was available in the rooms as well as in public areas, but wasn’t especially strong. However, it seems this can be a problem all over the island and it was good enough for basic use.

Super close to the Secret Gilis for a day of island hopping. Great Kiwi breakfast. Nice rooms. Good pool. Cute garden. Great owners who helped arrange our tour. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.
The pillows are way too overstuffed and really hard! I like a firm pillow but my head barely made a dent in the thing and I woke up with a sore neck both days. Also, occasionally I would smell some sewage smell come out of the drain and hear the water bubbling up as it drains. I had to leave the room because it was so bad at one point. A big issue for three of my friends who didn’t have SIM cards for their phones was that they couldn’t get on the WiFi the entire time we stayed there no matter where they tried to connect.
