Room was beautiful, set up nicely for us
The corridor was smelly and the walls weren’t soundproof so it was pretty loud when people walked by. Also we had to call to get the entry codes.

The apartment was big and clean. It had a microwave and fridge and a kettle. There was also some pans to use in the communal kitchen. Self checkin was easy.
The communal kitchen was very dirty. There is limited parking options - it would be useful to provide a parking permit so you can park in front of property.

Very close to Hanley town centre, pubs restaurants shops and cinema.
Apartment came with a coffee machine as well as a toaster, kettle and microwave.
The mattress was uncomfortable (probably due to being old) could do with being replaced.

The car parking information should be clear because the customers are not allowed to park in front of the house. I received a penalty charge for this is not fair to the customers.

We stayed in this apartment overnight before our trip to alton towers and it was so lovely and clean. It was summer so was very hot and they kindly left the window open, had already provided a fan and had water bottles. I’m not sure if this is something always offered but for such a hot day/night it was a great touch!! The apartment is near the city centre if you want to go shopping/to a restaurant and has a local pub nearby if you fancy a drink. Look forward to returning again in the future!

The only thing i liked was that I didn’t have for more than 1 night. Seriously considered leaving and staying elsewhere.
Overall we really didn’t like staying in this place, we got blocked in with the parking arrangements. The hallway was exceedingly dirty there was even nail clippings and a discarded cotten buds on the floor. The smell of cooking from down the hall was really strong and not nice. Once in the room it appeared clean on the face of it but had an overpowering smell of air freshener like it was covering over nasty smells, the bathroom was where a lot of the bad smell of the room was covering, there was clearly a drainage issue as there was a an overwhelming sewage smell which was almost unbearable. The mugs provided were absolutely filthy like a thick dirt that looked like they’d just been put back in the cupboard after being used. The curtain rail was broken and the width of the curtains only just covered each other. The only good thing about this place was we were staying for 1 night as a stop off, we were seriously considering staying elsewhere, i’m baffled as to how the reviews for this place were mostly good.
