By far the worst place we have ever stayed in.
The location for good for the reason we were in the area.
We had booked to stay for two nights. On arrival at around 1900 it was clear straight away that the cleanliness of the apartment was disgusting. We assessed the apartment and the kitchen was filthy, we had to clean all the kitchen crockery and accessories. the sofa bed had stains all over it will burn marks from a set of hair straighteners, the walls and doors had marks all over them, the bedside cabinets had stains on top of them, one wardrobe had damage to the back of it, the headboards had stains on them, the heaters were marked and dirty, there were hairs on the beds, the blinds were filthy, the table in the living room had marks all over it, the oven hadn't been cleaned in months, the bedding had stains on them, the kitchen cupboards and window sills were disgusting, and the floor hadn't been cleaned in months by the look of it. The whole apartment was filthy and was not kept in a condition that is reasonable and satisfactory to let out to anyone. That night we had to sleep in our clothes on top of the beds it was that bad. We contacted the owner to let them know it was filthy, smells and there were damages to things. They asked us to send photos which we did so they could speak to their cleaning team. I think you can see from the photographs that there quite possibly has never been a cleaning team. They asked if the cleaning team could attend the next morning to address any issues. We informed them that we wouldn't be staying for a second night due to it not being of an acceptable standard. We left the following morning at 0800 and didnt return and this could be confirmed by the CCTV in the communal entrance. We requested a refund and were asked at 1000 to cancel by 1200 noon the get a refund. We didnt have access to our messages at that point so didnt see this request. It became apparent they wanted us to do this so they could advertise it again for that night. To date we haven't received any refund and the owner has only offered £50.

We will never be returning and I will be ensuring none of ma family or friends book these apartments.
Good location for getting to Alton towers. Central area with plenty to keep families busy
The standard of cleanliness is disgusting. After I complained a cleaning team was sent out and all that was different when we arrived home was the dirty shower head. The smell of the bathroom is vile combination of mould/sewage and dampness.

Meeting my needs
The apartment was big enough for me and my kids and the host was very helpfull when we had some problems with the internet. He helped restoring it very fast. This is my secound time I book with them and I will do it again if needed.

Needed a good clean throughout
Nice size
Whole place needed a clean - floors dirty, cooker knobs greasy. Whole place stank of cigarettes despite it being a no smoking flat.

overall a very comfortable stay. I would stay again. these are not negative comments I have made, just small suggestions
self check in, free parking available, property was clean, and suitable for our family needs.
one slightly strange thing was the door being at the bottom of the stairs and not at the top? we could hear every time the ground level flat door opened and the front access door as it would shake the door to the upstairs flat. this was not a problem for us, just something I noticed when the other occupants were going out at 7am. we were trying to maintain respect for the other guests by being quiet, but there are little soft furnishings to reduce the echo and footsteps etc. a rug here or there may improve the sound deflecting especially up the staircase.

Absolutely fine for an overnight stay.
Basic, but comfortable. Comfy beds! Everything you need for an overnight stay.
It was clean- but could have been better... the shower needs attention around the seals and joins were a little grimy and a few cobwebs on the ceiling.
