The house was perfectly located, spotless and exceptionally well equipped. The personal service was wonderful and we felt that nothing would be too much trouble.

The only drawback was the limited parking for the larger car.

Exceptional property; we had a wonderful family break. Beds were very comfy, the whole house was very cosy in the cold weather. The view was spectacular and the little additions made us feel very welcome.

Very very small things, none of which really need correction. However the only thing of note is how incredibly hot the water and radiators got, and how is was sometimes difficult to get COLD water! However this is a VERY minor thing and didn't affect the quality of our stay at all!

Beautiful views from all the balconies and having breakfast watching the sunrise was magical. Amazing decor and comfy beds too.

Not enough comfortable seating for 4 (never mind 6) people to relax in the lounge together! Needs another sofa not two hard chairs.

Just back from a five night stay. A really beautiful property with amazing views. It was a pleasure to come back to after a day exploring. Huge attention to detail throughout and a great location. Would thoroughly recommend.

The views are just amazing and all the comforts of the house make it a perfect Cornish holiday. Spent many hours watching the boats coming in and out (a huge variety). Every bedroom and lounge had wonderful views of the harbour.

Pictures don’t do the view from the balconies justice - it’s stunning. The location is very close to the main high street, the garage is convenient, the rooms are all a good size and the decor suits the property

We couldn’t find the remote for one of the Dyson air coolers and two of the shower plugs were starting to get a little clogged so water did start to build up slightly. But this really is nitpicking, it’s a fantastic property!

Really helpful information from Helena before hand and I felt at ease before arriving. There is everything you could need and more in the house, all high quality and the views are amazing! Spotlessly clean, would highly recommend.

The property was beautiful, well equipped and very clean. Had balconies off lounge and all bedrooms. Highly recommend this house. Great base to enjoy Falmouth and the surrounding area.

It is quite high up in the town do you need good legs if you want to walk in to town - very steep. However easy to drive in

Helena, our host was most helpful prior to our arrival and responded to any queries promptly during our stay. The property itself is stunning, with gorgeous views of the sea from every room. The decor is tasteful and in keeping with the location, and the amenities are top notch! Quality kitchenware to thoughtful inclusions like hair dryers and cooling fans in each room. I can’t fault anything, and highly recommend this as a bolt hole by the beautiful sea of Cornwall. Location wise, you are only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and bars but honestly we ate mostly at the property because views like that are not available elsewhere!
