Camera molto spaziosa e nuova (7 piano) alcune camere sono ancora da ristrutturare (quella del mio amico era molto grande ma con moquette )

la nevera no funcionaba . lo comentamos en recepcion y nos dijeron que estaban esperando nuevas , pero los dias que estuvimos alojados no nos dieron solucion nunguna ,.

Het is fijn dat er een 24/7 winkeltje aanwezig is in het hotel. Er is een fitnessruimte waar airco is en best wat apparaten.

In eerste instantie had ik een kamer die niet geheel schoon was (vegen op de badkamermuur etc.) en was hij vol met muggen (zeker zo’n 15 muggen geteld). Toen ik dit aangaf zeiden ze dat ik in een grote stad was en dit er bij hoorde. Na aangedrongen te hebben, omdat ik niet vind dat er in een hotelkamer insecten horen zitten, gaven ze aan met een insectenspray de kamer te kunnen behandelen. Na hiermee akkoord te zijn gegaan werd ik opnieuw gebeld dat ik toch naar een andere kamer werd verplaatst. Hier was ik erg tevreden over! Mooie kamer, insectvrij en schoon.

Albergo centrale un po’ datato ma pulito e ottimo prezzo. Personale molto gentile la nostra camera era bella.

Friendly staff, comfy room. My daughter told everyone she saw she was staying in hotel. They contacted me in advance to check that we wanted a bed and not a cot for my daughter. We were very close to the metro which allowed us to travel to a lot of places with a toddler.

If you want me to find negatives. The shower was starting to show how much it was used by a little mildew. The cost of breakfast was also quite expensive. However I was very happy with my experience and I wouldn't have brought this up if the form didn't insist I say this.

Filty rooms, when traveling with kids and taking connecting rooms they gave us rooms with windows towards town and i swear its like sleeping ouside, with no windows at all. There is absolutely no noise cancellation at all, no isolation from street whatsoever. Sink not draining, bath plug not holding water, in bsthroom 1 spot light working out of 3 (room 632). Same room - only half blackput curtains. Filty dusty nasty courtains and chairs…no electricity sockets around bed for baby monitors, chargers etc…noise is awfull from both ouside and from the hallway where you here the doors of other rooms shutting in your ear..
