Climatisation qui se coupe plusieurs fois pendant la nuit, oreillers pas confortables, les alentours abandonnés et en construction donc rien à faire autour et pas forcément rassurant. Pas de petit déjeuner.

Cama muy incómoda. Ubicación pésima. Desayuno de máquina. Relación precio calidad pésima.

El personal és molt amable. Els llits son còmodes tot i que la coixinera és molt alta y dura. Està genial el detall de l'hotel de posar a disposició dels clients de manera gratuïta té, cafè, xocolata i productes tipus galletes i croissants per esmorzar. Es tot un detall. Està molt net.

Les coixineres. Eren molt altes i dures. La habitació triple és una mica justeta de tamany.

L' hotel si trova a 20 minuti circa dal centro di Bilbao. È una bella passeggiata lungo il fiume. La struttura è molto carina e c'è un bel giardino dove potersi rilassare. I titolari sono gentilissimi😉 Si può fare colazione gratuitamente. A disposizione dei clienti ci sono caffè, tè e merendine/cornetti. La stanza è curata e pulita.

I Liked the location of the hotel, set on an island in the river. The location was quiet, although there is a lot of building development close bye, but the double glazing in the hotel was excellent and you could not hear any outside noise when the windows were closed. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the shops, bars/cafes, metro, etc. There is an excellent bar/café right next door to the hotel providing hot and cold drinks, tapas and snacks. The hotel itself does not provide meals, but there is a free hot drinks machine for use in the mornings and late afternoon/evening. There is also a vending machine that takes cash for snacks, etc. The hotel has a large lift to all floors. The room was of a good size and I did have a chance to upgrade for a price, but I choose not to. The double bed was very comfy, there was a desk and chair, bedside tables, a comfortable arm chair, wall mounted TV and a phone for internal calls only. The bathroom and shower was of a good size and towels were provided. Everything was clean and modern despite the building being established. The hotel is family run with the owners living at the premises. On check-in you are given a does and don'ts sheet which was very useful and check-out was easy, just depositing the key in the box provided just outside the check-in desk. The hotel is fully secure with CCTV and a swipe card to gain access to the hotel and your room. I will return to Bilbao and will definitely use this hotel again.

I liked it all, but some may want to consider the daily walk to the main facilities and back. As mentioned, there is a lot of building development going on next to the hotel, which may worry some, but I did not find it intrusive, or off putting. When the building work is completed the area will look upper class and desirable.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, goede uitleg van de gastheer, waar we heen moesten gaan en de ligging. Ondanks dat er flink gebouwd wordt hebben wij daar geen hinder van gehad. Gratis parkeren op nog geen 50 meter van het hotel. In tegenstelling tot wat we gelezen hebben van andere reizigers, hebben wij alles wandelend gedaan en was dit prima te doen !!! Gugengeim = 20 minuten lopen, oude binnen stad 35 minuten.

Totaal geen kritiek. Hotel is prima voor overnachting en kamers misschien wat eenvoudig, maar super netjes. Een goede badkamer/douche. Inderdaad wat klein, maar je gaat ook niet naar een wellnesshotel.

Nice reception, clean, 25 minutes walking from museum, 30 minutes from center. Nice view, easy parking

I would have liked a fridge in the room, but it was not such a big deal
