Venez passer des vacances de luxe dans l'un des nouveaux complexes de vacances de North Myrtle Beach qui a ouvert ses portes en juin 2004. Ce populaire bâtiment de luxe en bord de mer à deux tours situé dans la région de Crescent Beach à 1625 S. Ocean Blvd. offre une rivière paresseuse de 200 pieds, une piscine en bord de mer de 110 pieds, une piscine intérieure chauffée en hiver, une piscine pour enfants, 2 grands bains à remous en bord de mer et une salle d'exercice / fitness. Ce complexe n'est pas un hôtel et toutes les unités appartiennent à des particuliers.
Le bâtiment dispose d'un accès Internet haut débit et chaque unité dispose d'une connexion sans fil. Tout cela et bien plus peut être trouvé sur la belle plage de cette station balnéaire familiale toute l'année à quelques pas de l'océan. Il y a beaucoup à apprécier en toutes saisons.
Nos condos ont été décorés par des professionnels et ont des meubles robustes en bois foncé et en métal. Ils ont une cuisine améliorée entièrement équipée avec un garde-manger, un nouveau four à micro-ondes (1/2019), un nouveau four à plaques radiantes (1/2019), une barre de petit-déjeuner, des comptoirs en granit et des sols en carreaux de céramique.
Il y a une salle à manger séparée avec une vue latérale sur l'océan et le salon avec ses vues directes sur l'océan a des portes coulissantes en verre qui mènent à un balcon de 27 pieds en bord de mer. Il y a une télévision à écran plat de 32 "et un lecteur Blu-ray dans le salon. Le balcon a une table et six chaises où vous pourrez vous détendre tout en profitant de la brise de l'océan et en écoutant les sons de l'océan.
La chambre principale a un lit king size, une salle de bain privée avec bain à remous, une douche séparée et un double lavabo. Il y a une porte coulissante en verre qui mène au balcon en bord de mer où vous pourrez admirer les spectaculaires levers et couchers de soleil. La deuxième chambre a deux reines. La troisième chambre a un roi et dans la quatrième chambre il y a deux reines. Il y a un canapé-lit queen pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire. Les troisième et quatrième chambres (Jack et Jill) ont une salle de bain qui les relie. Chaque chambre a son propre téléviseur à écran plat 32 ". Il y a aussi des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres, y compris le salon. Toutes les salles de bains ont des comptoirs en granit avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement et des sols en carreaux de céramique.
Nous avons une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse king-size dans la cuisine pour votre commodité. Il y a votre propre grande salle de stockage juste à l'extérieur de la porte d'entrée pour tous vos articles de plage, il n'y a donc pas besoin de s'inquiéter du suivi du sable dans le condo. Le stationnement est dans le parking couvert à plusieurs niveaux en face des tours à condos. Il y a quinze minutes de stationnement sous les bâtiments pour déposer et récupérer. Des étiquettes de stationnement sont nécessaires que nous vous fournirons. Les motos, remorques, véhicules récréatifs et bateaux ne sont pas autorisés. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.
Les draps et les serviettes de bain sont inclus sur toutes les locations à la semaine. Les draps ne sont pas disponibles pour les locations à plus long terme. Le service de nettoyage fournit un sac poubelle dans chaque boîte, un rouleau de papier toilette dans chaque salle de bain et un rouleau de serviettes en papier pour vous aider à démarrer. Dennis and Michele are wonderful to rent from. We rented their condo in the South Tower last summer. If you have a problem they take care of it immediately. Cresent Towers is a great place to stay in North Myrtle. Our only complaint is check in. Almost everyone is trying to check in at 3:00 and there are only 2 elevators in the North Tower making the process a nightmare.

The location of the condo was perfect, and all of the amenities were wonderful. The host was very quick to respond when needed. My family and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again in the future if we visit North Myrtle.

Nice property, well appointed and clean. Lots of support staff and security working at condos at all hours. Beach location is nice as it is right beside the banana boats and parasail location. Condo could use updated appliances but other than that, we had no complaints.

The condo was really nice. A few things need updating but the condo was nice and comfy. They have a greatly supplied kitchen . Michele and Dennis were a dream to deal with. Communication was great.

Thought the condo was nice and enjoyed our stay. A few things though didn’t work. There never was any cold water , the fan in the master bedroom never worked and the water pressure in the master bath was non existent.

This property has a great location. Eight of us shared the condo and there was room for all of us. 4th of July the balcony was a great spot to watch the fireworks up and down the beach.

The property is lovely. The lazy river, outdoor pool, hot tubs, and indoor pool for inclement weather made this the perfect place for us particularly with children. There were a few places to eat, a Beach bargain store within walking distance. It is also located next to the parasailing in banana boat water sports.
We did have two family members parasail. We could watch them from the balcony.

This condo was by far the best place I have stayed on vacation. Very clean very fast communication from the owners. If I go back to myrtle beach I will definitely try to book this place again.

We had three families with three kids. The four bedroom unit met our needs perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cookware. The host was very prompt in replying to any questions that I had prior to the trip and also once we were on site.

Property was clean and a great location. We were 4 couples celebrating 40 years of togetherness. Great place to relax and talk about old times and just catch up. The 4 bedroom condo was just right with enough space for all. Had no problem with communicating with the owners. They were quick to respond and accomidated any of my request. They went beyond. Only thing i would suggest would be a keyless entry. Mailing keys in the mail had me a bit apprehensive. They did make sure i got them on time. Would definitly recommend the condo and the owners!!

This is a great, reasonably priced place in Crescent Shores. It is roomy and functionally furnished. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook your own meals. But the best part is the large balcony overlooking the ocean! The owner of this vacation rental responded quickly to any questions I had and kept me well informed of the status of upgrade and maintenance projects that were finishing up during my April stay. It was a pleasure to work with her!

The condo was a great for our family of 8. Very well cared for, kitchen well stocked and rooms large enough that we didn't feel cramped. We had an issue with one of the tubs not draining. I contacted the owner, and it was taken care of that day. Highly recommend it.

We traveled with three families and had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. Three bathrooms was great for 11 people. Condo was perfect! The storage closet outside the condo for sandy items was a great bonus as well. The only critique I would have is the range heats unevenly and made cooking a bit challenging but we were still able to make due with it.

We stayed here for a few days after Christmas. The view and location are great, the place is spacious, and unit was clean. The check in process could be brought to 2022 with an electronic lockbox and a few of the beds are not comfortable. But we would stay again and the place is better than the pictures.

We really enjoyed this place, it was spacious, it accommodated us 3 families comfortably. Our issue was that the cleaning crew does not really clean for the arrival of guests. We had to clean and dust off every piece of furniture (we have pictures), the dirty linens from the previous guests were sitting right by the front door by the time we arrived at 6:00pm that evening. The other big issue for us is that all the smoke detectors did not work, they had been taken off the wall and put to the side, we then put them back on the wall, the battery started beeping because they all had dead batteries. When we contacted the owner, they asked is we can pick up batteries to replace them and we were to be reimbursed. Sorry but this is their responsibility, that’s why there are additional fees when we paid the rental rate.
One last thing, one of the bedrooms (the one that shares the small bathroom) had a ceiling fan that when you turned it on it looked like it was going to fall off the ceiling. We found out it had a missing blade that was sitting inside a closet. The imbalance of the fan posed a safety hazard for the guests sleeping in that bedroom.
Other than that, we loved the view from the 7th floor!

Family vacation with Florida friends for a couple of days
The condo was very spacious and luxurious. We would recommend to friends and family. Loved the pool for our 8 year old granddaughter, spend many hours there. Hosts were very communicative which was reassuring. We knew the neighborhood prior to booking as we owned a condo close by years ago. Wish we didn't have to leave!

I loved not having to go through a property office when we arrived but the building is a bit dated and one elevator was broken. So it took us about two hours to get our stuff up in the unit because there was a huge line waiting for one elevator to check in. This is a large building with 18 floors and only two elevators so even when both were working it was a challenge. The condo unit itself is perfectly equipped with all you need for a nice week. The appliances were modern and good quality as well as the kitchen utensils. We did quite a bit of cooking while there and had no issues whatsoever. The view is spectacular and we spent many hours out on the large balcony. We tried all of the pools and they all were great. The beach is large with good sand and the water is so amazing! We look forward to returning in the future.

This condo was absolutely amazing! Everything from the listing was accurate. The pictures listed on VRBO of this condo do it no justice and exceeded our every expectation. It was very clean and easy to get to. We will definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice and responded to our questions before we arrived.

Our family, including 5 kids (ages 17 months-7 years), and 6 adults, stayed at a 4 BR, 3 bath condo for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our 3 families (1 family of 5, 1 family of 4, and a couple). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the appliances were in good condition, especially the washer/dryer which we used numerous times. The balcony was great and we were right on the ocean which was perfect for the kids. We would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to travel to North Myrtle Beach, SC.

The condo and the owners were fabulous. Communication was amazing. Cleaniness was great. Would have given a 5 star across the board except for the amenities. There were 2 pools and 3 hot tubs plus a lazy river. The only ones that were open for over half our stay was the outdoor pool and 1 hot tub. They finally opened lazy river and 1 of the other hot tubs( after half our stay was over). The indoor pool and hot tub never was opened.
