There were not enough lawn chairs

The location was nice and so was the beach. The food at the pool was good. Staff was nice.

The Hotel is old and outdated. The A/C broke down and was never repaired. Front desk staff said they would move us to another room and never did.

Great little economical all inclusive resort. A great way to enjoy the beach and sun without spending as much as at larger places. The buffet food was surprisingly good, although it would have been nice to have more fruit at all meals (only offered at breakfast). We only ate at the seated restaurant once and it was a great meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size for the resort and the little shallow kids’ area was nice to have.

Our standard room had very dated bathroom fixtures, eg cracking grout, old shower that sprayed like a hose. The junior suites that our friends stayed in were much nicer, more updated furniture and fixtures. Our air conditioning had to run constantly to keep it comfortable and with that and another loud constant hum, it was quite noisy in the room (we faced away from the pool so didn’t have that noise at least). The bed was a nice large king size, but had an old springy mattress that shook with any tiny movement so sleep was a bit difficult. There are no beach huts/palapas so it’s hard to spend much time on the beach.

We loved the all inclusive part, from breakfast, to pool snacks (burgers, hot dogs, french fries, pizza) to dinner, to drinks. It was awesome, totally worth the money. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and always wanting to help!

We didn’t like the pillows, they weren’t soft at all. Also there is a tricky marketing move here, you failed to include that all rooms are subject to availability, you can pay for an ocean-view room and then get a parking lot-view room, that’s not nice.

The meals were just ok! a better variety each day would be better and more Mexican style meals!

Absolutely everything! Great installations, nice pool and amenities, superb room, awesome food and convenient location. But the best of everything was the staff. Incredibly friendly, warm, attentive and hard working people. They made our stay memorable.

Location, beach, Sky lounge, breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Pizza was delicious and we preferes it than the lunch buffet.

lunch and dinner food needs improvement on selection and variety. lounge chairs and tables needs to be cleaned daily.

the room where I staid, was near to a tank machine so all the time was a noise and it was impossible to rest. also the pillow was horrible

Location! Value for money! It covered all the bases of an all inclusive 👍 Really loved the a la carte restaurant and the availability to enjoy it most nights ❤️

Issues with hot water for the shower. Some guests were quite insensitive and noisy.

Some but not all of the staff smiled and greeted amicably.

The food was not good and had limited choices. Not all food is included in the All-inclusive which is not good, because it really should, for example, food carts on property those were extra charges. Stayed for 5 nights and my amenities were never replenished, even had to ask multiple times to get the necessary amenities. Even with asking, soap never got replenished. Pool towel service was poor because they never seemed to have enough clean towels. We were a family of 4 and only got the opportunity to get 1 clean towel during our stay, because all the times we went in our length of stay they did not have any and there was always a line of guests waiting on towels. Their restaurant reservation system is like a setup so as to make it complicated to reserve and not be able to get on the list. Out of our complete length of stay, we were only able to reserve for 1 dinner and that is because I spoke to the captain in the early hours and requested that she make an exception to allow us to reserve before departure to our tour. I expected rooms to not be stellar b/c of the 3-star rating but they are pretty bad, small, and do not have a mini fridge as they advertise that they do. Beds are small full size beds, and the cleaning service does not do a good job. An old property can still be great if it is cleaned. Also, The guy that helped us booking our tour was not only rude but kept my credit $amount change. He tried being sneaky by putting the full credit I had as the cost, and when I questioned him, his response was that he could not give out change, yet he could charge me for a voucher and include my change in the amount. Made no sense to me, and I viewed that as a tactic to get more money out of me. Which obviously I did not do, was not going to spend an additional cent in this place. I'm truly disappointed in this resort. I have no intention in returning nor in recommending this place.

Booking.com showed a balcony and they wouldn’t give us one and said take it up with them! AC wasn’t working most of our stay!

Bathrooms are a bit outdated.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. The beach was clean and rock free. Bacon and eggs every morning. Anything you want will be brought to you, even drinks on the beach. Fresh towels.

The food was repetitive and became somewhat boring after a week. The variety was ok quality was good and food was fresh. Burgers at the snack /bar need improvement. Drinks were quite weak but tasty. Ask for a double. This is a 1 week resort. Everything is repeated every week. Cops with machine guns on the beach wasn't pleasant.

The facilities appear to be in bad condition – like a cracked sink, light fixtures, dangling, no chair in the room, very bare bones.
