The accommodation was wonderful and the staff and good exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay special especially for our anniversary

Wow what an incredible pool! 30-40 mtrs long depending. the building oozes colonial charms and is well maintained..glorious location right on Perfume River (Song Huong) and easy walking distance to many sights, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast staff very welcoming, provided special request mango, assembled excellent pho and as with all the staff provided a gracious hospitality. The concierge Ms Moon was resourceful and friendly...arranging a tour of tombs & surprising us with an anniversary bouquet of roses and sweet treats...the related restaurant Le Circle less than 10 mn walk down the river is splendid with perfect sunset views. Front desk crew and drivers first rate and enjoyed good massage at the spa. For some good local food visit Madame Thu and for upscale dining in a lovely villa across the river is Les Jardins de Carambole. Try the local salt coffee and for great roastery of Vietnamese Arabica (from many areas)...go to Nha Quin..about 7 mn by cab.

Stayed for NYE. Dinner and cocktails were all amazing. Staff went of other their way to help. One of the best hotels I’ve visited.

Gorgeous, understated art deco hotel. Well maintained, spotlessly clean, and excellent service. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The food and beverage quality is excellent. We did the cooking class the hotel offers with Chef Tri and loved it. We appreciated the trip to the market with Chef Tri as our guide and enjoyed learning how to make three Vietnamese dishes. Strong y recommend doing the class with Chef Tri! We also did the sunset cruise to the Thien Mu pagoda and recommend very highly. Lovely canapes and we opted for extra champagne in addition to the one complementary cocktail. Definitely stay here if you visit Hue. Centrally located, near the train station and a short drive, walk or bike to the imperial palace historic site.

It is a stunning hotel which exceeds my expectations. A hidden gem and all team perform excellently for client experiences. Excellent English communications and very warm greetings from ALL team members.
