The location was great especially the metro stations are very near and one can easily reach there by walking. The old street is also in a walking range. The city view from our room was awesome as expected.

The front desk or information desk of the hotel can be improved by recruiting persons who know the English language and know about the tourist spots and related information in Shanghai.

El desayuno es claramente mejorable. No reponen los productos y si vas a partir de la 9 no hay casi de nada. No pude tomar un café con leche porque no tenían leche. Zumo es agua coloreada

The hotel has a great location, it is very close to the city centre and some of it's major sights. It also has good connections, lying between 2 major metro stations. So I was able to do most sightseeing on foot (except for the Shanghai Tower but that is easily accessible with the metro). Hotel rooms are very nice, beds are large and very comfortable

The staff with rare exceptions barely speaks or understands English which makes it a bit difficult to arrange or ask things. The breakfast is ok but the service personnel kind of lacks enthusiasm, if I can put it like that

Location: Within walking distance of Laoximen subway statyon. Room facilities: Comfortable bedding, free wi-fi.

Cleanliness: Room was generally clean but there are grimes in the toilet that’ll require a deeper clean. Staff: Staff was generally friendly but for some reason, the cleaning crew decided to take away our 2nd key that I had left in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Magnificent Hotel, they cleaned our room everyday and they kept our luggage free pf charge as our flight was late in the night.

Only few hotel employees could speak english but not a big issue

The location was quite good. The rooms were big. Big bed, quite comfortable. The lifts were quite fast.

The carpet was so dirty. The AC was not working. The bathroom was tiny. The staff weren't friendly.

Big room warm heating cleaners and breakfast staff were nice breakfast good
