Location: pretty close to the train station, about 3 mins?
Breakfast: a choice of western & Japan. The western one is a buffet style and has a very good range of choice

Perfect location across the street from the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast, a fabulous view and great staff throughout the hotel. They really went out of their way to help non-Japanese speakers. We will definitely return on our next visit to Toyama.

Seems the breakfast is impossible to book
Not all staff are able to speak English. There was power trip and the room phone is totalling out. Have to go downstairs. Only last day staff told us to use phone near the lift. Only 1 pillow provided for 1 bed.

Breakfast is good. You have a choice of 4 cooked items and the buffets. If you are in a rush to check out by 6.30am, you can have the cooked item and finish them as fast as you can, grab a coffee and run.
Staff at reception doesn't seem to be friendly. Just strictly business. Wish there is a public bath

Location is excellent. Center to everywhere. Too easy to get around.
Room and bathroom a bit small. Don’t even have a built in wardrobe. A few hangers on the wall for winter clothing. Really inconvenient.

I picked this hotel based on location to the train station and it was a great accident. The hotel is beautiful and was in a great location for eating and arriving late at night.
I originally asked for a non smoking room, but I got a smoking one. But even the smoking room was clean and enjoyable.

We love the location of this hotel which was right across the street from the train station. We also appreciated it when they put our luggage in our room while we were out before check-in time.
The room is a bit older than other hotels of the same level.

Room is clean and comfortable, however small
Breakfast service is poor and not acceptable. We had to queue 30 min if we wanted to get breakfast, so we gave up on having breakfast and went to a convenient store after leaving the hotel.
Even if it was o-bon holiday we could clearly see that tie staff was not prepared to handle all the guests for breakfast service.
