Nice place to stay with family. Safe for my family

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The view from the terrace and master bedroom are fantastic! The other two bedrooms have a nice view of the mountains and surrounding buildings/shops as well. We really enjoyed watching the storms roll through at night, the lightening was absolutely amazing! And when we were home for it, the fireworks were fun too! One morning we woke up to multiple dolphin or porpoises swimming just off the beach out front. The condo is stocked well for the most part. A small ice chest and some insulated tumblers would be a great addition to use at the beach, pool, or on a daily adventure. The pool and grounds are well taken care of. Location is about 15 minutes from the Malecon and depending on the time-of-day costs 65-100 pesos to get there by cab. The airport is only 10 minutes away, which was so convenient!

This was the 4th time staying at the Grand Veniian and the 1st time in this condo. This condo was a great to place to stay just like the other times. It was clean and well stocked with supplies. The property manager was great to work with. Would recommend staying there agai.

Wonderful unit, clean, open, bright. Kitchen needs some updating and just wish there was a patio set that included sofas to sit on and enjoy the view at night. Love the fact that you can open up the patio doors all the way to let the sun, breeze and light in. Pools are great. No frenzy to reserve lounge chairs.

The owner was attentive. The grounds are well manicured. Pools are clean. Very secure. Gorgeous corner wrap around view. Manager did not respond in timely manner although she was very nice. Restaurant terrible service. Poolside no service and when went to speak to manager of Restaurant, Karla, she was rude. I will definitely stay here again if restaurant management changes.

The location, pools and onsite restaurant were great. Check in process was smooth. Kitchen was well stocked, the TVs worked well, decorations were nice. Condo was spacious and open. Communication with property manager was restricted to email only once we were there which was unfortunate. Two of the beds were broken and didn't get addressed while we were there. I would stay there again if the beds were fixed :)

Excellent experience at the Grade Venetian. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view and facilities were excellent. Elizabeth the agent was helpful and responsive. The only constructive feedback is it would be nice to update the bed linens. We would 100% return. Thank you Jamie and Elizabeth.

Amazing view and great layout. The place was well stocked with lots of towels and some pantry staples too. Elizabeth was so great. She welcomed us with fruit and even a few beer!! We did break something. Completely our fault...kids . She was great and reasonable. Location was great for restaurants and grocery. Always beach chairs available. The deck was so beautiful we could read on the chairs too. The complex was pretty quiet. Mostly families and seniors. Not really a party place. Best restaurants we hit were la dolce tsunami sushi and Lamara all within walking distance. We also went to the food park which was good when we could not agree on what to eat. The burritos from la leche food truck were great too! Did I mention the view and ocean breeze?

The corner location on the 12th floor is perfect for views of beach and PV, and just enough late afternoon shade on part of balcony. A spacious, uncluttered 3-brm apartment that is well kept. Management was efficient at check-in and check-out, but did not repair a flashing kitchen light (we removed the bulb). Everything else was in excellent working condition; some cooking gear is reaching their end of life cycle. The owner was easy to deal with including convenient PayPal payment through VRBO. Pool is v nice and gets busier after 9am; no chair reservation is good and appropriately enforced policy. Secured gate access to the beach is another nice outside amenity, which we used often. Lots of restaurants in PV, from casual to fancy, and even a modest snack place on the premises. We left with good memories.

Only thing we didn’t like , if my feet were in the pool there was no drinking of any kind , water / beer / mixed nothing at all while your feet in the pool. Nothing to do with Jaime condo it was beautiful and the restaurant was also exceptional. I would highly recommend staying as long as you do not want to drink while In the pool .

The condo was perfect. Elizabeth (the manager) was very helpful. The food at service and the pool were great. Elizabeth stocked us with groceries before we arrived and helped with other things as well. We plan to come back.

We stayed the month of October and our stay was wonderful. We were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and many family members were able to join us for part of the stay. The grounds of the Grand Venetian were very well maintained and beautiful. Many days we had a pool all to ourselves. We would definitely recommend Jaime's spacious unit to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Our contact was Elizabeth was helpful although we had a few misunderstandings due to communication issues. I the end all was resolved and we were very pleased. It did take over a week to get the internet and television working but that was due to equipment being upgraded so you should have no trouble. Thanks for a great month.

We have stayed for a month in July and had a great time. The condo itself is huge, well appointed and in a great location. Nice pools with no need to reserve chairs. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. Used Uber to get around everywhere so no need to rent a car and cheaper than cabs. Jaime was quick to respond prior to our arrival and during our stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. Thank you Jaime for our stay in your gorgeous condo!

We have been renting condos at the Grand Venetian since 2009. This was our first time renting for a 3 month period and we enjoyed it so much that we have already booked with Jaime for another 3 months next year. The views are spectacular both daytime and night-time. From the master bedroom located on the ocean side, you can watch the nightly fireworks, fall asleep to the sound of the waves or watch the dolphins, whales or cruise ships from the balcony. The condo is very spacious, fully equipped and extremely comfortable considering we were a party of four adults. You are in close proximity to the new La Isla mall (next door) c/w theaters, WalMart, Costco and 2 Soriano's grocery stores. There are an unlimited amount of restaurants new and old to please anyone's palate. Don't be fooled into thinking the quality of the food has been sacrificed based on the exterior appearance of the building. Some of the quaintest exteriors hide culinary gems. The local bus service is 7.5 pesos per person and definitely contributes to the PV character. There are also an unlimited amount of taxi's at very reasonable prices. It was an absolute pleasure in dealing directly with Jaime on any communication before and during our stay at his condo and he was so quick to respond. We also had the honour of meeting Jaime in person which is always good to be able to put a face to the name. The weekly maid service provided was definitely an added bonus for everyone. You truly can refer to PV as Paradise. We would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone. Thank you Jaime.

We loved our stay and it felt like home. Great amenities and awesome views. Right in the middle of things so location is great. We will be back.

I stayed here from 6/22 to 6/26 and had an absolutely amazing time. The property and condo are stunning and the staff are top notch. The Grand Venetian is gated and has security 24/7 so me and my girlfriends felt very safe. What I loved most was that the condo was clean, spacious, and could accommodate 6 women with no problem (thanks to the 3 bathrooms!!) The view from the balcony is next to none. The property is right on the beach and has at least 3 infinity pools. Right across the street are some amazing restaurants and disco tech! It was really convenient to be able to walk to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. We went into the heart of downtown for some shopping and it was only a 10 minute cab ride. Jaimie provided excellent instructions to everything and left no question unanswered. Jaimie even emailed the day of my arrival to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and see if I had any last minute questions. I can't say enough wonderful things about this condo and the Grand Venetian. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for an unforgettable time in Puerto Vallarta!!!!

We had a wonderful week at the Grand Venetian and Jaime's condo was fantastic. We had our 4 children (ages 9,8,6 and 3) and they thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the beach. The view from our balcony of the ocean was fantastic and we ate dinner on the balcony each night. Jaime was fantastic at communicating before and during our stay and we highly recommend you stay here. We'll be back!

Everything from start to finish of our wonderful 10 week vacation at Jaime's BEAUTIFUL Condo was perfect. This was our second year staying at the GRAND VENETIAN. The location, the staff, Jaime's attention to detail was outstanding. The other guest's were all so friendly, and we have made some great long time friends who we look forward to meeting up with from year to year. Everyone went above & beyond as far as making our stay comfortable. The condo's panoramic ocean views are breathtaking, and we enjoyed many an evening with a glass of wine watching the fireworks over the Bay. We enjoyed the meals & cocktails from the poolside snack bar regularly. All & all we loved everything about our time spent at the GRAND VENETIAN and look forward to returning.

As everyone else says, the condo, views, and grounds are spectacular. One of the things that impressed me the most was the level of communication Jaime maintains. Not only from the first emails getting quotes etc..., but all the way to the last day. Our plans changed last minute and Jaime was very accommodating and helpful. The other guests were very friendly, by the end of the second day we were being invited to do things with them around the property. The only drawback was the music got a little loud on New Years Eve. Thanks for a great vacation Jaime! We look forward to going back.

Grand Venetian was a perfect place to escape the cold! Jaime the owner was very attentive and accommodating. The management & staff were so friendly and very helpful. The oceanviews from the deck were stunning, we could have our coffee in the morning and watch the whales or the pods of Dolphins playing in the waves. In the evening we could enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunsets, while listening to the waves and waiting for the fireworks display. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful and the little restaurant had great food. We had a little noise from some area construction but only during the day. This condo is perfect, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We cant wait to return! Love it!!! Gracias Jaime.

This was our first trip to Mexico and our stay at the Grand Venetian made it even more special. The views could not be beat, and was a highlight of our stay. Jaime was great to work with and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible. The pools and beach area were wonderful, our kids enjoyed having pools to themselves for the most part. The condo itself was very beautiful and we felt very much at home. The location was fairly central to everywhere we wanted to travel to, and there were many restaurants and malls close enough to walk to. If we were to travel to Mexico again we would definitely be inclined to stay at the Grand Venetian! Thanks for everything Jaime!!

This is our 3rd time staying in the Grand Venetian complex the first time at Jaime's place..Jaime's condo is great--well appointed,plenty of room for my family of 5 adults to spread out, and the views from the balcony breath taking!!! Jaime is very easy to work with and was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. The pool area was a little crowded during our stay (week between Christmas and New Years) but that is to be expected anywhere. The location can't be beat--close to Marina and Downtown for walking around and dining water activities, are available tp purchase on the beach. We would definitely stay here again---we love Puerto Vallerta!!!

Thanks to Jaime! The property was just as described and he was helpful to make sure we had a smooth arrival and a great time. For this rental, there are obviously a lot of big pros: large condo to accomodate my family, great beds, large kitchen, beautiful views and convenient location. What made the stay particularly enjoyable were the little details: 1) the staff at Grand Venetian do a great job: The security staff was kind and helpful, the restaurant was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the spa was reasonably priced and good. Jaime's housekeeping staff was also very welcoming. 2) the pools are amazing. The 2 of the pools are comfortably heated and easy to stay in day or night. The third was a little cooler for the hot days. 3) the condo is well appointed with nice tvs, furniture, dishes, and linens. For example, the included pool towels are much nicer than what you would get at a normal resort. There is a jacuzzi tub on the patio with beautiful night time views. 4) the facilities are nice - including a well-maintained gym. The only challenges with this property are common to this area of PV: 1)a lot of noise coming from nearby all-inclusive resorts (music, resort activity directors on the microphone), 2) the ocean water is a little colder than other areas due to the water flowing in from nearby river. All in all, we would definitely love to stay here again, and especially in this unit due to the great size and included amenities.
