It's a different hotel, with great staff, warm indoor swimming pool, great jazz music, super nice bath, and really pleasant gardens. Food is very good as well. If you are not staying there, at least go to have breakfast!

The hotel in general and rooms were sparkling clean, beautiful on the inside, gardens really well kept, very Mexican!!! would absolutely come back here again!

Rooms big and comfortable, nice garden. Close to Toluca and Metepec. Good fish restaurant nearby.

The hotel is located near the motorway, that means it's easy to go in the direction Lerma, but on the way back you have to stay in jams. Not much interesting in the direct vicinity.

The pillows were too thick. I couldn’t use them, so I had a hard time sleeping. My companion couldn’t use the pillows either, so I imagine many people might be having the same issue?

Absolutely loved the grounds of the hotel. Everything was well kept and so beautiful! Our room was clean, the staff was always so helpful and sweet. We definitely will be staying here again.

The AC made a lot of noise. The decoration was a little outdated. The shower didn't have hot water, so I had to bath in the tub.
