Very nice hotel in the center of the city at an good price. The wifi worked well. Staff were efficient and friendly.

The hotel was in a very centric location
Its an old hotel, very old with old stuff - towels, blankets, etc.. mushed carpet and carpet stains.... the room was noisy at night, the bed was super stiff and I could never make the TV remote control work

The property is at Toluca’s downtown, so you can easily move around the city and find restaurants and other services.
The entrance door to the parking lot is not automatic, it needs to be guarded by an employee at the front desk to open it so you can get in or out.

The location of the hotel is good. There is a distant view of the mountains and the city from the window. Free parking is available under the hotel.
Cosmetic repair is required in the rooms. Residents of other rooms made noise in the hallway and it was clearly audible. The door lock could be more modern. Staff doesn't speak English.

The food was a great value. It was delicious and plentiful. The free breakfast was very good as well. Not a continental breakfast but cooked to order.
We booked a king room and when we went to the room there were 2 twin beds. They changed our room to a king. The price was supposed to be 61 dollars and they charged us 75 dollars. We got a discount from your site as I am a genius level 2 but they didn't honor it.

The staff was amazing, the location is excellent cause you can arrive to the downtown by walking, we ordered food in their restaurant and the food was amazing, prices and portions are great! Also the price included the breakfast for the next day! If you feel curious about the breakfast I’ll add some pics in my review! I hope you spend a good stay as me and my family!
