每日早餐的前台接待人員服務親切，每日客房清潔來的也很早，吃完早餐剛好打掃完畢。 地點與交通很方便，隔壁就是商場，商場B1就可以直接進地鐵站，出差很方便。

可能因為接待太多團客，即使進菸樓層，客房的走廊仍然有很不好的氣味。每天早餐都有看到煮麵區旁邊的烤箱正在烤可頌，但是烤完都沒有放出來給大家吃?那在這邊烘烤的用意是??? 早餐熟食太油膩，建議油量可以放少一點，調味也偏重。

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und es gab auch jeden Morgen frisch gebackene Waffeln. Aber auch das chinesische Frühstück war immer mit viel Gemüse und Obst und auch der Kaffee und Tee waren sehr gut. Vom Hotel aus keine 50 Meter ist der Eingang zur U-Bahn (Metro). Sehr gute Verbindung in die Stadt. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es ein kleines Einkaufszentrum und einige Restaurants und Kaffees.

Die Heizung konnte man nicht richtig regulieren, manchmal war es etwas warm im Zimmer. Aber sonst war alles in Ordnung. Wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat, dann wurde es etwas kühler.

It was clean and comfy.

Staff were not interested in assisting us any further than the basic. Seemed more interested in their phones or sleeping than helping us when we arrived late due to delays and the airport.

Everything is good, hotel is decent. Staff was very professional, there was a security box in the room, iron, an ironing table everything that one would need is there. Breakfast is quite good too.

The Internet was really bad all of a sudden it just stops working, I would not recommend holiday inn if you need a stable Internet connection for work. Don't even consider this hotel chain if you will spend a lot of time in your room working.

Location, foods, rooms. Some staff can speak English, which is helpful.

Nothing special. Regular Holiday Inn Hotel with simple furniture and rooms.

As usual. Holiday Inn has the poorest Wi-Fi in rooms.
