Location of the villa is perfect close to two sets of shops and close to main strip

Small issue
Would of loved a heated pool but it's a small thing also small bit of damp in downstairs bathroom

welcome package was really appreciated.. attendance staff are so curious. clean towels regularly. Everything in relation to utilities were catered for. Would so recommend this villa.

Everything - the villa is great, very clean, spacious and modern - the "goodies" left in the kitchen are a lovely touch and the regular cleaning both inside and out around the pool was brilliant too. All first class and 10/10.
It was very easy to collect the keys, but as the location for pickup is not at the villa, I think it might be better to allow direct checkin via the keysafe, with the understanding that you report later to reception and check-in/give passports over etc. Just a minor point - everything else was fantastic.

The villa was situated in a quiet residential area not far from the main strip of puerto del carmem. The staff were exceptional.
The villa next door was undergoing a renovation there was building works from 8am all through the day every day of our stay. I was not informed of this prior to trip or I would have opted for another villa. It was extremely uncomfortable to relax by the pool as the noise was so loud. We were also unable to relax and sleep as the building works started very early morning. I plan to make an official complaint with regards to this.

Second visit to Villa Cristina, great location just back from main strip but 5min walk to abundance of bars, restaurants.
Villa exactly as pictures show, lovely, great for families. Cleaners every other day with fresh towels. Lovely pool man maintained pool every other day and cleaned patio area. Sorry to leave, will be returning 😀

Very clean and lots of space
Had to collect keys to villa at another location 12 mins away but they did order us a taxi. There was no instructions to anything at the villa so no idea how to use Wi-Fi or tv etc, did figure it out after few days

The villa was modern and clean with a decent amount of outdoor space with the private pool.
We were here as a couple but there would be plenty of room for a larger family and we really liked that there were two large dining tables, one inside and the other outdoors.
The sun loungers were comfortable and light enough to move around easily.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.
Cleaners came by every few days, as did the pool cleaner.
We didn't like that the advertised safe was missing. Luckily we didn't have anything too valuable with us but it was still a worry, especially when there was another villa broken into close by during our stay.
There were ants everywhere! Including the beds downstairs :-( Nothing you can really do about them and we've had the same thing in another villa we stayed in nearby.
Nothing was that bad that it would prevent us from staying again :-)

Modern villa,well equipped and cleaned regularly.
Unable to get English language on tv.This was rectified next day.No CD player although on inventory.Also had to request iron.Washing machine and dishwasher provided but no detergent so had to buy large packets for short stay.Would have been good to have that information on description.
