Breakfast was ok, no queues, stocked up frequently, efficient staff. Pool area was good, hotel was clean, water pressure excellent, hot water was hot. Location excellent.

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone travelling alone. I was put into a smallish room and my booked “sea view” from the small balcony was only partial sea view. Control panel outside the room made the room noisy as staff had to access it day and night. There was a fridge in the room but it was not cold enough for any cooling of water or drinks. I was offered a different room but declined as it was going to be on the ground floor.

Uzeli smo polupansion. Doručak i večera su bili izvrsni. Hotel je na samoj plaži koja je predivna. Ispred hotela je duuuugačka šetnica uz more na lijevu i desnu stranu. Osoblje hotela ljubazno i susretljivo. Sobe su lijepe, čiste, uredne. Bazen odličan. Ležaljki oko bazena puno. Puno palmi koje rade hlad preko dana. Sve skupa je nadmašilo naša očivanja. Hotel je za svaku preporuku.

Lovely spacious hotel, our room had sea view across the pool area which was great, staff were extremely welcoming and the service was top class-special marks to Kilian in the restaurant and his team-we had read about queues for toast and eggs but honestly the chef who was making omelettes fresh for you in front of your eyes to order was amazing and we never had a long wait-all the staff were so attentive and nothing was any trouble for them. Veronica and Toni in the bar -amazing workers! Zofia on reception was very helpful when we were organising day trips but all the staff we met were amazing and sorry we don’t have all the names. The pool area was blissful-no one was hogging beds there were plenty for everyone - maybe summer is busier but we found it very relaxing. Nightly entertainment was enjoyable-and finished just after 10 so not noisy then afterwards. Food was very good -we had been on bed and breakfast but upgraded to all inclusive for two days which we really enjoyed. Location ideal on quieter less commercial side of Puerto del Carmen but bus stop outside hotel takes you to old town and even to playa Blanca for just a few euros. Altogether we had a great holiday in this hotel and would recommend for couples.

Está un poco antiguo y debajo de l cama había mucho polvo. Se nos cayó un anillo y mejor no haber mirado. El resto estaba limpio
