Close to Westfields & public transport. Lovely staff.
Paid extra for a serviced room ...don't bother doesn't happen till 5pm got towels handed to me at the door. Ended up with 3 days of fresh towels nothing else in bathroom none collected.
Breakfast options DO NOT cater for GF or Vegan unless you like red & green apples with water.
Room is basic & clean. Bed is comfortable.
My advise don't pay for extras as you won't get them

Drop box didn't work. No staff in attendance. The building is like a maze and difficult to find the door to your apartment. Rooms are tired and in need of a refresh. No supplies provided in the kitchen (such as dishwashing liquid, wipes, milk etc). Coffee was a limited number of instant sachets.

it had a semi sewerage smell from the sink in the bathroom but was easily solved. and the staff were so good at solving it and caring. really cosy! loved it

The reception took a $200 bond and on checkout they didn’t return the full amount because they stuff up our booking. The curtains were mouldy, window sills were dusty and half of the lights didn’t work. Will not be staying there again.

Close to medical facilities and shopping centre. Breakfast was a nice bonus and thank you to the staff who are providing this free.
Room is very small. As an overnight it probably ok. Not so much for a few nights. Was told if the smoke alarm was set off we’d be charged $1200 and asked to sign agreeing to that. When we got to the room, there’s a smoke alarm in the bathroom and we were told don’t have “steamy showers.” I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to this issue. There’s no logic in having a smoke alarm in a bathroom!

The apartment was not clean. Infested with roaches in the kitchen, which might be helped if the apartment were properly cleaned. The daily maid service, which was included in my rate, only applied to emptying trash from the apartment, not servicing or cleaning, which, again, was probably why the apartment is so dirty. We won’t be back.

The lady at reception was extremely nice and really helpful. It was a good location for us as it is close enough to Brisbane airport. There is a nice shopping center 5 minutes walking from the hotel which has everything. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was basic but it was free so was lovely to get it.
The only issue we had, we arrived at 11pm at night from an international country, so our phones were not working. On booking.com, it said we could check in until 12 but when we got there, the reception was closed since 7. There was a phone number to ring bit we couldn't but thankfully another kind guest, let us use his phone so we got into our room then.

how they was a bit clump on mould on the bathroom wall, How the walls were filthy, how the fans were covered in dust. how the manager spoke down on us
