The hotel is positioned in a quiet area. However there it is under the airplanes line and there might be some sound pollution
The atmosphere is a cozy one, intimate
It has a rooftop and a jacuzzi
The shower products were good
The welcoming was nice and friendly with a glass of bubbly wine
Very expensive for what it provides
Coffee machine was broken
Some of the staff was helpful and kind, other were cheeky and impertinent
The rooms were very small
The hotel seems that it needs a thorough upgrade
Jacuzzi was closes (apparently because corona, however other hotels had the pools and jacuzzi’s opened)
There was an awful noise coming from the air conditioning outside installation
There was a small fridge inside the closet and the noise was very disturbing, I had to unplug it every night
After few years living in Israel, I believe that for this particular room I have chosen, the price should have not exceeded 300 nis (with tax).

Clean room
Nice and helpful staff
Comfortable
I felt safe here
Everything necessary is available
Great location - most places of interest are walking distance
Sometimes the noise from the street woke me up, but that's just life in Tel Aviv.

It was a lovely quaint hotel. It’s in a great location. Close to everything yet not on a Main Street
I stayed in the largest room. The king suite. Room size was great. For me I much prefer a stand alone shower. Unfortunately the shower is inside the bathtub surrounded by a curtain that touches your skin as you are showering. And the A/c was just adaquate. I like the room much cooler than the a/c was able to handle.

The place was very clean and tidy everyday.
There was some noise during the night, I guess it was other guests going to the jacuzzi

We had very nice invitation with tha glass of cava & also personiliesed welcome message in the room. The staff was there 24/7 and ready to help with any problem (e.g. they booked a trip for us to Dead See).
In the room was very cosy bed, AC worked well (but little bit too loud for me). In the closet was a small safe for your treasures ;)
The room was cleaned daily if you want, so clean bed sheets and towels every day.
I like free jacuzzi on the roof & coffe machine at reception
In the bathroom was few places with mold

Overall the bedroom was cute and stylish. Rooftop looked nice too. Location was great!
Bed was squeaky and couldn't make the room dark. Was hard to sleep after the sunrise. Some staff didn't look very cheerful.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was great!
The room was very small and shabby, there was no kettle in the room. It was noisy, the acoustics is very bad. The view from the window (if you could call it view) was terrible. The price is tooooo expensive for this level of hotel.

quiet, clean, nice staff
expensive parking, no noise-off walls

Yuval at the reception is an amazing asset to the hotel - brilliant customer service, smiley, positive, helpful. There is a little roof top with jacuzzi that made the stay more enjoyable. Planning to be back in Israel in September and will definitely stay at the hotel again.
I don’t think there is anything I did not like.
3.5
The location was amazing, everything was easily accessible on foot and there are loads of great restaurants nearby. Although the room was quite small, it was fit for purpose and the bed was very comfy. I liked the little kitchenette area downstairs and the welcome gift was also a nice touch.
I didn't feel like the hotel was amazing value for money, but I appreciate that Tel Aviv is quite expensive. Sounds like a first world problem, but the hot tub was way too hot, neither of us could spend more than 10 minutes in it and we can usually easily spend a couple of hours in a hot tub. Although probably that's what they are trying to avoid...

the location is very central, the Lobby is nice and functional and have some nice tables on the street where you can enjoy free coffee and cookies.
I know Israel is expensive but compared with hotels in Europe this is a 3 stars hotel in the price of at least 4 stars. not very clean, a bit old. only one socket in the room, so I had to charge my iPad in the shower. mattress wasn’t so comfortable. quite noisy: when the room next door took a shower at night, the noise was very loud and I couldn’t sleep. they offer a breakfast in a nearby cafe, but the cost of the breakfast without the hotel voucher is 2 euros cheaper.

The perfect location, comfortable bed, loved the bath tub (nice and strong water pressure), the coffee corner in the lobby, the reseptionists (so welcoming and friendly), it was a pleasure staying at the hotel.
The noise of construction and the garbage truck early morning. But that sometimes the hotel can't do anything about it.

Amazing Hotel. Couldn't imagine a better and more central stay.

Amazing staff. All of them were friendly and helpful.
Bonus: The room was cleaned every day and the Jacuzzi on roof top was always free (in December)
