The hotel is very tired and certainly does not look like the pictures. Frayed curtains, wallpaper peeling off the walls, no snooker hall, no sauna available when using the swimming pool The hotel overcharged my credit card but to be fair they did call me to amend their mistake. The receptionist had me down as staying a night earlier than i actually was... just chaotic really!

great staff and when the breakfast hall was VERY busy due to valentines they came over to serve us within 10 minutes , we were greeted with “hello, how was your day” upon every return over the 3 days. the rooms were clean and they were well layer out.

our only dislike was that it was a little dated but we were the youngest guests in the venue and I think it’s definitely somewhere the older community would prefer instead of younger people but it’s a little thing that’s totally ignorable

Staff and facilities excellent Food very good Nothing was to much trouble. There is only one down side parking at the hotel is a night mare but we managed parking on the streets near by.

The parking as said above very limited pretty much only for drop off and disabled. All other customers had to find parking on near by side roads.

The location and balcony with a sea view was great.

The previous guests rubbish bins were left on the balcony including multiple dirty nappies. We asked reception if someone could remove them but nobody did and we had to remove them ourselves. The deco was very dated and felt a little like a museum! Breakfast was too busy and felt chaotic so we didn't bother the 2nd day.

Booked a family room. No tv in the room. The room smelt old and curtains were ripped up and disgusting!!
