Very good value for the money. Easy check-in, always on contact with the guests. Very clean, everything you need is there. Really well taught. Also good location, close to the center and just a short walk to the sea.

Maybe the cleaning ladies could keep it a bit quite on the hall while working :)

Spacious apartment with a balcony, large bed and kitchen facilities.

No English channels on the tv and occasional pixelations (Aerial?)

Everything was great, the location, the facilities, it was clean, super close to the beach, a mini-market about 30-50m away, restaurants and pubs really close to and also close to the bus station from where you can take intercity buses. The star of the apartment was the bed. We absolutely loved it, extremely comfortable.

It was a bit difficult to get in as the outside door wouldn't open, even though the code entered was correct, it appeared that the electonic lock didn'trelease. It wasn't a major problem, but I didn't like calling the contact at 2:15AM. It was resolved immediately, just a slight imbuggerance.

Central location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and promenad. Very spacious apartment, large balcony, separate bedroom.

There was no reception service, so we could communicate with the operators through WhatsUp only. But other then the ususal check-in/check-out procedure they were not responsive to our problems. We reported f.e. that the cannot close/use the safe - quite critical for an Airbnb type apartment, but they did not response. We had two other problems that I even did not try to ask: one morning there was no hot water in the bathroom(!!!), teh other that during our whole stay the WC was constantly flashing the water (staff, if you read this, please fix room 302...)

Easy self check in. Fast fibre internet--90 download, 70 upload, sometimes more. The beds are comfortable with really good pillows. Large rooms, very nicely decorated with beautiful draperies. Crisp linens. Noon checkout time. The location is very convenient with many restaurants and shops only a minute away. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night this time, but we have stayed here before for much longer periods, especially during the pandemic, and we remained extremely happy with our choice.

We like everything about Levante. It has a modern, quality feel that is often lacking in other accommodations in this price range.
