The apartment which was spotlessly clean was very bright and airy with plenty of room and many additional extras we had not expected such as tea and coffee. The decor was excellent with modern good quality IKEA furniture. We chose not to cook but everything was available had we chosen to do so. There was plenty of hot water and very efficient central heating. Francesco could not be more welcoming and helpful. He gave us lots of information about the city which was much appreciated but we were unable to take it all in at the time a FACT sheet to compliment his advice would have been very helpful. The Wi-fi was excellent. The security locks on the apartment door were very good.

An additional armchair in the lounge would have been good but not essential.

Even though it takes only 2 minutes to walk from the apartment to Termini, the location seemed quiet and secure, lively and inviting. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator), it has three spacious rooms plus kitchen, plus bathroom, plus a separate toilet, plus a balcony. It was very clean, kept in a meticulous state. Francesco (a true Roman, and delightfully proud of it!) was a most welcoming host who had thoughtfully compiled helpful, valid information to get around, including recommendations for diner.

Everything was just perfect. Francesco is an amazing host and the apartment is really nice and most importantly clean. Location is great, less than 1 minute walk from Termini station. Thank you Francesco for the amazing service and for being so friendly. I'm sure I will be back soon :)
