The unit was very spacious and had a partial sea view. They provided a free wine and cheese platter promotion. The buffet breakfast had wide variety.

It's located a little way away from the main beach, amongst a range of extinct hotels and cafes.

Clean rooms

The division of the rooms in the hotel room was odd. No sink in the bathroom but in the bedroom, one big makeup room, and one big room with a table. In the bedroom there where squeezed 2 beds instead splitting the beds into the other rooms.

the receptionist couldn't speak English at all which is unacceptable to a hotel aimed for foreigners as well. Since we have arrived around 7PM, there was no option to have dinner (restaurant not available since we didn't have reservation?!). when asked about dining options in the area, no one from the staff could guided us to restaurants in the area

luxurious spa room was really good

bed was a little bit small and we couldn’t turn off the heater so it was really hot in the room

The room is very large and spacious: it can fit a big group or family for the holidays. The staff were very helpful and caring, and the view from the room is beautiful. It is perfect for a short trip to Gangneung.

The room was big and clean and had everything you needed. The wine and cheese platter was good and the service was great.

The toilet tends to get wet after showering. Will be good to have a shower door or curtain to prevent water from getting out of the shower area.

Food could be better… but all around very good place

Rooms are clean, staff are super friendly especially the front desk staff!

Very near the beaches only 5 minutes walking distance.. The Chicken BBQ set dinner so delicious!!

Every facilities needed to be paid even tho we stayed in the family suite.. Room was tidy but the bathroom had the bad smell I dont think it's a cost-effective accommodation, would rather stay at other place

Absolutely loved the double sweet. Stayed with my mom and we were very impressed with the size of the room.

The hinges on the refrigerator cabinet were loose. And we had to contact maintenance about a light issue in the bathroom. For the price though, not a huge deal.

The property was ugly and it had nothing available for entertainment. The terrace rooms had items floating in the water. It was dirty- my room had bugs on the ceiling. The restaurant food was terrible. We asked a blanket and it never came. The staff doesn’t speak English at all. I will never go back here.

The property has nothing. it’s not near anything, my room wasn’t clean- it had dead bugs all over the ceiling, the restaurant food was horrible. I’ll never come here again!
