Huge swimming pool and well maintained.

The staff is not at all helpful and felt like racist against Indians, no Indian breakfast options, the property is far from any market or departmental store and no help was provided by any of the staff members. No vegetarian options in breakfast, the apartment has utensils but you have to buy everything yourself for cooking, the hotel stafff will not provide even salt or pepper. Very far from everywhere you will spend a lot of money on Grab or Taxis when living here. Suggest to book two rooms in any other hotel instead of this apartment will cost same but with better service.

While there is nothing horrible about staying at this property, there are so many cheaper, better options closer to things to do in the city. The hotel is clearly a renovated apartment complex, and for the most part it still very much feels like one. Overall, the room felt very dated with lackluster views and very cheap, standard furniture. The kitchen was especially dated as you can see from the photos and it didn’t seem they put any effort into updating the cabinetry or appliances. The most concerning part about our stay, however, was the cleanliness. From the greasy smears on the window to the mold on the air vents, it just didn’t seem like much care was demonstrated for the cleanliness of the rooms. The silverware and plates all seemed clean, and there were no issues with sheets or anything obvious, but when you looked closely there was dust and grime everywhere. In our shower, when you opened the sliding door, you could see black flakes all along the rim of the shower (see pictures). It looked like no one ever took the time to actually clean the bathroom, just make it look clean. For the price this place costs per night I would expect it to look and feel amazing, not feel like an old, used apartment with some hotel decor thrown in. The hotel pool was another let down, and even though it’s surrounded by beautiful flora, the pool itself again feels old and dated. We visited for 15 minutes and then decided to leave as there are far better places to swim in Singapore. We never tried the breakfast as the cleanliness discouraged us from eating here, but it may have been good. The staff was ok, pleasant but not especially helpful or eager to go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Like the hotel they seemed very lackluster, and just, not very excited to be there. Overall, not a horrible place to stay, but for the price and all the hype we just expected so much more.

The facility is very comfortable, clean and the staff were excellent, friendly, polite and made you feel welcomed. A large swimming pool was great to come back to after a day sight seeing or just lounging around. A free shuttle buss to all the major attractions was also very handy. The apartments are also located on the periphery of the main commercial strip so all the facilities you need i.e. shopping, restaurants etc are at you doorstep.

While breakfast was good, the area was a little cramped and the selection of food could have been more varied. More outside tables would have been good as the climate lends itself to outside dining.

It was an absolute delight at Tree Tops! Polite friendly staff, great service and good breakfast daily. Would recommend and return! Thank you!!!

An amazing location on Orchard Rd - close to the MRT and so many shops and restaurants. The sensational Newton Food Centre is just one MRT stop away. Our family of five loved cooling off in the huge pool after a day of sightseeing.

treetops is about a 10 minute walk to either orchard MRT ( red line ) or orchard boulevard MRT ( brown line ) . So it's very conveniently located . Awesome pool.

Beautiful pool. I liked that we had an apartment and could chill together in the lounge whilst the children slept. Being able to wash our clothes and cook food was a bonus.

More options of breakfast food would have been better.

The breakfast team provided excellent assistance. The apartment kitchen is well-equipped with nearly everything you need. They offer a convenient shuttle service to most of the fantastic attractions.

The twin bed mattress is not as comfortable as the king bed one. Additionally, the nearest MRT station (Orchard) is a bit far, approximately 1.2 km (16 min walk).

Amazing for families. Rooms are perfect, clean, well appointed and lots of space. Large pool and location is a 3min walk to Orchard Rd. Breakfast is great. Staff were extremely helpful from the outset from booking.

Gym was small, the 2 treadmills were constantly being used. Bike was broken and didn’t seem like any attempt was made to get it fixed. Pool is great but on day 1 we all got either eye or ear infections. After a couple of days of treatment to calm them down we tried the pool again. Straight away the infections all came back and worse.

Our 1 bed apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Location just off Orchard is excellent and close to MRT. We found all staff to be pleasant and accommodating during our stay. The complimentary breakfast was good with plenty of choice for us.

Not that we didn't like, as the pool area was large and the pool itself was clean, however the area around the pool was in need of some TLC. The paving was a little green around pool and looked like it could do with a powerwash!

The hotel has a resort feel with a large central pool area. Our apartment, which faces the back, was quiet and was equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and efficient

The bathroom floor was very slippery when wet.

Beautiful setting, gardens and pool. Lovely architecture and very comfortable. Staff very attentive and professional. Breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of variety and catering for all tastes. I would certainly stay here again.
