Well located, very comfortable and well equipped. Really great to have use of beach bag, towels etc and the provision of shampoo, conditioner, soaps and kitchen basics really appreciated.
A bit of noise from service area under complex at times, but the positives far outweigh this.

Just returned from a week in this lovely apartment, what a fantastic stay! Value for money, superb communication from the host, home from home feel, lots of little added extras to make your stay comfortable. Brill location 5 minutes from the beach and 30 seconds from supermarket and strips. Very clean and cosy, can't wait to book again !

Nice studio close to the beach and many restaurants. Also very close to the supermarket. Good supply of towels provided. Had coffee machine and everything else you need to cook. Our host allowed us to have a late check out, which really helped.
Wasn't very clean common area floor was not clean. The bathroom floor was covered in hair from previous guest. Was only provided half a roll of toilet paper. Had to go buy some.

Studio was clean and well kitted out with more or less everything that you needed for a holiday. Sea view was ok but not the one I expected (I didn't look all the pictures and its a little confusing from the montage where it is in the building)
Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything including full conversations coughing coming in drunk etc from the neighbours.
There is a soil pipe adjacent the sleeping area so every time someone flushes the toilet or runs a tap or shower on the floors above you hear the 'results' flushing away.
The sleeping area is too small for a double bed so only one side is accessible.
The studio is directly above the service area so there are deliveries and bin wagons running in and out of the yard all night with the beeping reverse signals.
Don't attempt to go to bed before 11.45 as the music from the adjacent bars is so loud you have no chance until curfew.
Needs a colander, sieve and wooden spoon - we were shattered so ate in a lot in the evening.

Very clean and cozy. Bathroom very spacious. Good quality beds. Everything we needed for a good stay. The owner answered all our messages right away and agreed to give us a refund of one night because of the broken air conditioning. Excellent location.
The air conditioner broke down 2 hours after we arrived and it didn’t get replaced until 4 horrible nights later so out of 5 nights we got 1 with a working AC. The balcony was very small and we didn’t get any sunlight there. But probably lucky for us since we didn’t have an AC.

It is centrally located in Adeje 5 minute walk to the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.
The whole complex looks well maintained.
