Staff was very friendly and they tried their best
Wasn’t good as in the pictures,toilet flush wasn’t functioning,air conditioner remote wasn’t working

It had a clean bed.
The bathroom was not cleaned properly. It didn’t have towels. We were placed to a room which is next to the reception and the main entrance. The place had load-shedding, no back up power.

The location is amazing. It's nice and quite and has some shops around for forgotten items you might need. Secure and safe
The place is not that clean. In my room, the entire place was dusty. The room card slot was broken and had to fix it to keep the card in. Has a lot of mosquitoes.

Bed was comfortable.we showered with hot water .
The receptionist and the security were not welcoming.i like my coffee in the morning unfortunately i couldn't because the water in the room is borehole water and it is written in black and white that it is not good for drinking..

I like their room mostly because it's always safe and clean, even sound proof that means you sleep quietly.
I was sleeping in the ground yet i like upper rooms but it's just a matter of preference

The Stuff was good, was a nice area to stay.
He room we booked didn't have working air con. We had to change to another room and it did not have good room service with regards to bathing products. And it had no carpet from the bathroom. Cause the flooring was cold. It was not really comfortable for the price.
The bath tub tap was weird.
