This condo is very beautiful right on the beach one of the best sites that you will see in San Juan. The owner of this condo is very nice and he is very communicated with you and makes sure. Your trip and stay is as pleasurable as possible much care about the people that stays there and make sure they are very well accommodated and reaches out to you personally, and makes sure that you have everything and anything that you need for your stay there. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I go back to Puerto Rico.

Loved the area and condo. We visited Puerto Rico for my son’s wedding weekend and vacation. Lou was very helpful and the communication was excellent. There was construction on the facility going on. But that wasn’t really an issue. Hope to come back next year when it’s finished. Beach is very nice, pool was large and really good. Tennis court is good. Not perfect but for intermediate players it work very well. The area is very safe with good restaurants and activities in the neighborhood. Condo was well equipped with beach gear, lots of towels and linens. Kitchen was great for easy meals. I am particular and I will return. Had everything I needed. It made my week very enjoyable and stress free. I rented a car and there is a designated parking spot for the condo. Worked out perfect. Again very safe and secure. Thanks Lou and Mike.

This is our second time staying at this apartment (4th time in Condado over 10 years). It is the perfect size for us & has everything we need. It's like being home away from home with an amazing view of the ocean & pool. The building is older & there was some repairs being done currently. The first time we stayed here (a different apartment) they were fixing the front. The back is now being done & it is so necessary. This location is fantastic. We love Condado & can't wait to return. Got a rental car & toured other parts of the island - ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Went south through mountains and loved the beauty of the mountains and calm waters in the south. If you want fancy hotel amenities - this is not your place. If you want to feel at home with coffee maker, range, toaster and dinner settings, this is!.. Lou is great to work with and was very responsive. Perfect for a couple. There is a pull out sofa as well if needed for additional people. Recommend for relaxing time away!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and could not have been happier. The instructions provided prior to arrival ensured a seamless stay! Not only was the view from the balcony exceptional but we were probably 10-15 mins from virtually everywhere we wanted to visit. We rented a car for our stay and having a free and secure designated parking spot (behind security gate with security guards) made for a worry free stay! A million thanks to the owner and local manager for making themselves available if they were needed!!

Loved this condo in San Juan’s Condado area. The view is absolutely SPECTACULAR! Lou (owner) was great at communicating, was always prompt with responses. The property managers are very responsive and attentive as well. Property is as described and very clean, nicely appointed. The rooms are very bright so bring eye covers for sleeping! Nice area, convenient location, great for walking. Beautiful museum nearby as well. Condo is very quiet, never heard any neighbors. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Lou i appreciate you opening your vacation home up to us. My wife has experienced a vacation and now shes considering living full time. Thank u again we tried to clean as mich as possible but we didn’t want to miss our flight. Great condo at the beach! Is as Advertised and better! Very much suggest this place as a vacation rental! Serene is a great word to describe! Wife and son loved it! Close to great spots to eat!

We absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was so friendly, from the security guards to the residents. The location is perfect and has plenty of dining options within walking distance. Lou was very communicative throughout the whole process, which we loved. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed for a long weekend. The condo was perfect for us. Great view of beach and pool. We walked to dinner every night as restaurants were very close. While the outside of the building needs some TLC and looks like a paint job is coming soon (we chose option #3), can't beat location and convenience. The owner went above and beyond to be accomodating for us. Thanks Lou! Hope to be back soon.

Lou the owner was really great work with. He was a great communicator and when out of his way for us. The area is near upscale hotels so a nicer area of town. Walking to most things is easy!

We absolutely loved our time at this apartment. Love Condado location and the view from this terrace is amazing. The room is spacious with everything you need for the stay, beach and enjoyment; towels, coffee maker, beach chairs, coolers and so much more. The owner is so helpful and responsive. This was our first time using VRBO and it worked out well. The property itself is older, view from balcony was great and lots of good places to eat close by. We had no car for 6 days and was not a problem. Windy and choppy conditions almost all the time swim with caution in ocean.

This property is exactly as advertised. It is small, but very clean and right next to the ocean. If you love the ocean waves singing you to sleep, this is the place for you! We will recommend this place to friends. Check in and out was easy and the area was safe.

Nice apartment. Well stocked. Amenities a little worn. Beach front, but water not conducive for swimming. Sewer drainage, rocky bottom and choppy water.

we loved our time at this condo! Lou, our host was very easy to reach, and really great to work with. We loved the concert sound of the waves crashing on the beach that we could hear clearly from the condo, Along with the amazing view of the ocean! We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful stay in Lou's apartment on the Condado. I was there for a week to teach a class at a local university and my husband joined me for part of the time. The apartment is lovely, clean, and well-furnished and has a balcony overlooking the beach. When we weren't out, we spent a lot of time on the beach, which is steps from the building, or the great pool area. Lou was extremely helpful. and made check in and out very easy. He had beach chairs and beach towels ready for us. There are lots of restaurants on the Condado so we often walked for dinner. But we had a car and there is a parking space. Can't say enough good things about this place. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful view from balcony. Very comfortable inside condo. Air conditioner worked well. Kitchen was great. Close to old San Juan, which we did a tour, then spent some time shopping there. Good communication also.

Our stay at Condado Del Mar was a Unforgettable experience. We had a beautiful view every morning. Lou and the staff at the condo did a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved that the beach was just a feet away. The bldg. could use a little TLC, but the unit was perfect. I recommend this place for anyone who just wants to wake up with a breathtaking view every morning. Will definitely stay again soon. Lovely condo. Huge swimming pool that was never crowded in space or pool chairs. Lou was great prior to check-in, and Gilberto, property manager, let us upon check in and walked us through everything. They provide beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, a few toiletries, and kitchen items, which was appreciated. Location perfect!

This was my first time staying in the San Juan/Condado area and I was not disappointed. First of all, waking up to that view every morning never got old! If you're a sucker for a good view, like I am, then this is the place for you -- the balcony is absolutely lovely. Additionally, the apartment was very well equipped with essentially everything you need. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler was such a great bonus! It's those simple additions that make this place great for a stay at the beach. The apartment building itself is dated but there is security, a pool, mini-mart where I bought ice/beer, and you have great beach access. You're also walking distance to restaurants, the supermarket, and a pharmacy, and our Uber ride to Old San Juan was only 6$. To top it all off: Lou is a fantastic host and communicator. He is the first host ever that took the courtesy to text me instructions and accept any phone calls. I felt I never had to wait if I had questions about anything. He was very nice, his instructions are clear, and he runs this place extremely well. I'd 100% stay here again! Thanks so much, Lou.

Everything you need for a great San Juan vacation is right here. The condo is fairly well furnished, with comfortable amenities and the location offers everything in one package. Pool, beach, small convenience store, security, and parking are available on-site and most everything else is within easy walking or scooter distance including several restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Calle Ashford and Condado, in general, are easy gateways to Old San Juan and the highway system to explore other parts of, or outside the city. If it’s a city stay you are looking for, this condo should definitely be on your shortlist of accommodations.
