Location was great as train station just outside and taxis there also. Rooms were modern and clean, bathroom was very nice also. Breakfast was delicious and staff were so friendly. Can't wait to return for another stay.

Room was lovely and spacious, The bed and pillows were the best I've ever slept on, our room was very easy to get too. it was lovely and quiet and the curtains made the room so dark so we had no issues with street lights it was a very nice stay and I definitely will be going back

Excellent location. Stockport train station is opposite the hotel and provides easy access to Manchester. Stockport city centre is also easy accessible. The hotel doesn’t have its own car park but there is a NCP multi storey car park which is safe and has barrier entry. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was on the smaller size but the hotel is best described as being functional due to its location.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel mainly for its location for a venue we were going to visit.

Shame it didn't have its own car park as I'm not keen on leaving my car in multi story car parks.

very comfy bed, nice shower, good breakfast, but would have preferred a later cut off time - 10/10.30 (as on weekend), not 9.30 would have been better.

Had an issue in the morning with the car park discount. Both receptionist and deputy manager were unsympathetic and unhelpful with a poor attitude, not in keeping with the staff the night before.

It was our wedding night, and the receptionist checked us in early. Everyone was really friendly and the room and breakfast were great.

The woman at reception was just like a Policeman asking questions like we are refugee or kind of Discrimination . We gave our booking number but she insisted on the names. But she was writing wrong name and could not find reservation . Than although we had two rooms reserved , she intended to give only one double room like we sleep together , my business partner is a married woman. I was very much ashamed. I asked if we would give both passport she said only one passport . Than after I said we reserved two rooms she took my passport. She was also asking on what purpose we were visiting the city ? Which is not her business at all..How long we would stay ? Her Name is : Linda Gallagher. I visited 80 countries worldwide but this was the first strange reception meeting .
