Apparent in Princess Residence located at half way from center of Batchik to Balchik Palace "Quiet Nest". Beautifully located on the seafront with its own swimming pool and parking.

The lady who met us was amazing and resolved any issues that we had. The location was right on the front and we had a lovely sea view. It was a bit more expensive than what we usually pay but the location was perfect and we booked last minute. We would definitely go again.
everything was great and the only things that could be improved was that the fridge was not clean or the drinking glasses. There was cutlery but no plates. Very little hot water even although we were told to keep the taps on as the water was heated from the roof.

The location is good, very close to the small beach and restaurants.
Regarding the deluxe apartment, there is a really bad smell coming from the pipes, both inside the house, and terrace. Also, there are a lot of ants in the kitchen, so you can’t leave anything on the kitchen countertop, because you will find your food covered with ants. In the studio apartment the shower faucet is damaged and rusty, and the sink clogs easily.
Mini bottles of showe gel, or something similar are not offered, and they will not change you the towels.

The studio was spacious and the building was close to the promenade where all the restaurants are. The residence also has its private swimming pool which is an advantage.

Everything was fine.
The hotel is located right on the seafront, close of the terraces and the beach.
I highly recommend.
Miglena is an extraordinary lady.
One recommendation: for a restful sleep, a curtain is absolutely necessary. Vertical blinds cannot prevent light and sunlight to entering in the room.

The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing. The apartment was nice and big. The terrace itself was amazing, best view ever. Quiet place, great for relaxing. The bed was super ok, super white and clean sheets and towels - always a plus from me because if the bedding is white you can really see if it is clean.
Everything was ok minus a nasty smell that was coming from the sewer system (drains)... that was a little downer...but everything else was nice. We loved the view so much that even with the smell that was coming sometimes we could relax :) So we are most likely to visit again.

Very good place for modest price. And I will be there again, but for one week at least. Also amazing location: 20 Meter from the water. Rare combination!!!

Also at some point flushing of the toilet stopped working, but I managed to fix it by messing with the basin

Unfortunately I was expecting a lot more from this place. The location is perfect but the studio itself was nit. The furniture and the facilities were worn down and not very clean. The bed was broken and the pillows were old and chunky. The bath looked dirty and there was mold on the shower curtain.
The price was really too much for what we got
