Staff disinterested, took every opportunity to get more money. Booking for a family of four, breakfast included and yet only adults are included for breakfast
Use of Pool side tables comes with a fee, even as a guest of the hotel.
My son cut both of his feet in the children’s pool, staff were notified immediately and were not interested in the issue, I asked to speak to a supervisor and could not be put in contact with anyone.

it takes time when you check in room not yet ready waiting for 2 hours before we get in the room one of the staff bring my family to Sml cottage Facing by the sun he said that’s the only place is free my family refuse and No choice they rent cottage cost 1,500 pesos while waiting for the room ready poor service and they have service charge for the breakfast I thought is free

I only booked this as it's near the hospital my dad has to go to but both my parents enjoyed the stay.

The staff were good and they cleaned the room thouroughly.
No internet in our room for 3 days as they said it can’t be reached by wifi. We can’t even connect to their wifi in the lobby and restaurant. This is a major discomfort especially in a hotel located in the metropolitan.

Roon was nice and clean. Also resort was clean. Brekfast was OK. Big highlight was that part of the resort is also aquapark where you have full access - one part is for only guests and the bigger one is also for people who came for aquapark.

I like the amenities so much. The room was clean and fresh and opened directly to the pool. Breakfast was good as well. I love that the comforters were so clean. Thumbs up 😗 I love the Cleopatra cottage. Great view at a good price. It's like having your own venue at a hotel.
The guy at front desk was kind of not resourceful. I told him we had a reservation with a cottage and he directly said there was none without even trying a little harder to look for our reservation online. Then I told him then never mind our room booking, idc whoever stays there and that's when a girl helped him and found our reservation. He could be new but overall he tried to be nicer when he knew we got online booking.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful.
Free breakfast was not very good, every time we pre ordered the night before it was cold in the morning when we received it. Wifi access for South Wing kept dropping and had to get new pass codes, should be one access for the whole stay. Clean or replace the shower heads.

All the staff are very hospitable, friendly and approchable.
The room is quite big, nice ambiance and nice pool.

the area is closeby to shopping malls so it was preety cheap to move around. the room i got has a pool access and the staff are friendly, check in and check out is preety good
we stayed for 3 nights and i was actually expecting to get the room tidied up everytime we leave it empty. there is a kettle in the room which is good plus complimentary coffee. but there is no microwave to atleast heat up food. the fridge was turned on when we check in but for the duration of our stay it didnt even made our drinks cold, for those 3 nights our bath matt hasnt been changed so we have been using a wet rug for the duration of our stay.

We love the easy pool access as well as the ambiance to this exclusive area.
Wish there could have been a microwave since kitchen is not available and the bistro is not available 24 hrs.
