Acceptable hotel for a short stay in Khon Kaen. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Parking available.

we have stayed here a few times now as we are building a house not far away and it’s so convenient and not expensive, the staff are good and the rooms are are always clean, good modern flatscreen tv with an excellent picture quality, the zircon is good and more importantly it’s quiet.

we tried a different room type this time, the room was good but the balcony was very narrow, you could sit outside but it was a bit of a squeeze and no table or chairs supplied, I guess they wouldn’t have fitted in the small space.

great hotel good sized rooms, cleaning staff thorough and efficient, very close to Tesco lotuses and a shopping mall

come on guys, get a coffee machine!!! the hotel has a beautiful outside sitting area that overlooks the lake but they don’t sell coffee….come on guys….

No hair dryer in every room, must rpick up from the reception.

it’s in a very nice location on the edge of the lake and it has a nice lakeside seating area, and it’s very near a few restaurants and the local Lotus’s and a shopping mall. room was very clean and we had a balcony with a good view, breakfast was ok not a lot of choice but good enough staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with

the room we were given had a really bad odour it smelled of sewage, when we investigated the smell we found the water had been turned off for the toilet so the water was stale and the traps that should be full of water to stop smells were empty so we had to turn the water on and flush the toilet a few times and run the sink tap and the shower to flush the old stale water out, this helped a bit but the smell was still there a bit, we got the cleaner to spray some air freshener in the bathroom and the smell cleared up a bit, by the evening it had pretty much gone and we could breathe fresh air again, but on the following night we came back from dinner and the smell was back so we got the night porter guy to come to the room and spray air freshener again. and the other thing, I went to the reception and asked for a coffee from their menu board in the reception only to be told that they don’t do coffee anymore I was disappointed with that but there were cold coffees in the fridge and also soda etc..if you don’t do coffee anymore then remove the sign it will stop people being disappointed.
