The room is big and has a great view of the mountains around the city. Great location for students.

The location is not that great for tourists that want to visit the city.

- some devices in the room were destroyed - the signs for hot and cold water at the shower were swapped - the door to the balcony is not good isolated, so you can hear the traffic - the walls of the room are not good, so you can hear EVERYTHING what the neighbor makes...

I was a good hotel to me. I liked my room:)

- location is great - 24h reception - the staff dont speak english but are very helpful - bathroom is good, shower great

- the sofa bed is not that comfortable, but thats ok

Trash bin was behind some buildings far away

It's great appartment, all facilities needed are there. Good speed of WiFi, TV, ironing equipment. Mountines view from the balcony😍 Svietlana was assisting us all the way through if we needed directions some information or general help.

There is no city center in Almaty so its hard to understand whether we were at city centre or not 😁 however the taxis (yandex) is super cheap to go everywhere from this location
