It nice and clean room

Everything is just great.

The staff was very friendly. The location looks good - five minutes to the ADO station. The kitchen was well equipped.

Unfortunately there was no window in the room. But that you should be outside in Tulum anyway, which is quite easy to bear.

One night I arrived back after the main doors were locked, and there was no one to let me in even though there was supposed to be. Luckily I had a friend also staying there who I could call to let me in, I don’t know what I would’ve done otherwise. Turned out the person manning the front desk had gone to sleep.

Pool is nice and the value was great! Location behind the ADO is perfect if you plan on going into town. You are right there.

No construction my 1st few days would have been better. They did stop after 2 days

the positive: great location right in front of center with supermarket at 2 km, 5 min by bike. the staff was very helpful despite we asked for a bigger pan abd nothing was done although they told us to wait.

the negatives: the room was a bit dark. the kitchen had only 2 small small pans, barely impossible to cook anything. oven is a single portable stove. we had a broken pipe and it wasn't possible to solve on that day. it was impossible to use kitchen water source during half our stay.

The staff was accommodating and very pleasent.

The floor was a little dusty but not really material. I just used bedroom slippers to walk around.

Hotel itself is nice, with drinking cold/hot water available and even instant coffee offered. Nice seating area. Staff are pleasant. Location is also good, very close to ADO and restaurants.

The room was smaller then promised, floors were very dirty, furniture inside broken and the overall feel was not very clean. Water pressure is horrible and water is cold in the shower.

Lovely place, very clean with lots of facilities available to use. We particularly like the coffee bar on a morning! The staff were really friendly and kind!

Nothing to write here - great hotel!

situation in a calm street in the city center of Tulum room are big clean and well equipped good value for money was a good surprise

We had a large double room with a kitchen on the ground floor. There was lots of space, the bathrooms were nice, we had room service every few days which was enough and overall the facilities were great. The best part, however, is the location, which is on a quiet street, but the hustle is just around the corner.

There wasnt much to use in the kitchen beside the coffee machine, you need to stock everything up. The ground floor meant no natural light unless we left the door wide open. The neighbor hotel had regular events/parties and we could hear the music quite well.

The beds were comfortable.

Hotel is located next to busy street, ado Station and some rooftop bars with parties till late hours. As a hotel is separated from the street by one door and no roof, you can basicly feel like techno party is in your room. If there is no party, some late and noisy guest will inform you that is back in the hotel or staff will clean garbage at 1 am. Basicly, 3 night and not good sleeping at all! Room are without windows, so fresh air is provided within limited time frame - when you open door and give up on privacy. Beds are small so if you 180cm+ you just hit wood bed frame.

Location is pretty good, next to ADO bus station and close to the main street. The lady in the reception gave us really good tips and recommendations for restaurants. The first room they gave us was a bit smelly but I complained in the reception and they changed us immediately!

The pool is too cold during this time of the year. There is a hotel-bar close to the hotel and is quite noisy. The wifi is not the best, not even in the reception. You need to wait at least 10min. Before you will have hot water in the shower.

Staff were very helpful and friendly

Room was exceptionally loud, spent two nights there and hardly got any sleep. The room we booked was unavailable so they gave us a bigger one with a kitchen but it was right off the lobby and you could hear everyone through the door very clearly

great location, a block off the main strip in downtown Tulum. clean accommodations, easy parking

shower took a while to warm up and water smells a bit like chlorine. walls are thin so we heard noise at night

I DID EDIT MY REVIEW BECAUSE I CONFUSED THIS PLACE WITH ANOTHER IN TULUM. SORRY, SO MANY PLACES RECENTLY. This is a nice place with a very friendly staff. I got there just before the Tulum Marathon so I was almost alone in the hotel. It was clean and descent. I do recommend this place.

Great hotel, no bad surprises. Rooms are fine, and the upstairs/downstairs common areas were nice to relax in. I would stay here again.

The pool is just perfect. The rooms are all always clean and comfortable. Very private and excelent value. I would recommend 💯% The hotel is just meters away from the ADO Bus station.

For the first time in my hotel travel experience. I woke up covered in bed bug bites from My feet to the top Of my body. A very horrible experience
