Las comidas fueron muy completas. Personal muy agradable. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien aunque este no fuimos en este barco, pese a que era el que habíamos contratado, nos pasaron a Emperor Cruises debido a que Heritage estaba en mantenimiento.
Para empezar el cambio de barco, al final estuvimos en uno sin piscina, por Halong en vez de por Lan Ha, y las actividades por las que nos decantamos por este barco fueron distintas a las que esperábamos (aunque parecidas pero en el abarrotado Halong).
En cuanto a la limpieza, en general el barco estaba limpio aunque pasamos la noche con una cucaracha enorme en el baño. En un crucero de la categoría que hemos pagado nos sorprendió que ocurriera esto.

Boat and staff were excellent, food was good but could use a modern take. Activities were as promised. Schedule was followed
Halong bay cruise companies would be wise to show some proactive activities to clean up plastic in the water. Would have like to see them protect the environment they make their money in. In general it was too crowded with boats and all companies were passively watching tons of plastic float by

The boat was amazing.
There are a lot of facilities allowing you to spend all day long on the boat without being annoyed.
The staff is amazing and always trying to give you advices , information to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this cruise !

everything was perfect! nice room nice facility in the cruise. amazing staff. great food
drinks could be improved. first of all, drinks were too expensive. during the dinner course, we wanted to get a glass of wine but couldn’t as the cheapest wine was over £10 for a glass of wine!
Also, the cocktails weren’t great. we ordered Mojito and Maitai during happy hour. it was literally the worst Mojito I’ve ever had in my life to be honest.. i didn’t even drink half..So did Maitai

Beautiful boat, good food, great list of activities, staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and comfortable.
For the very high price, the boat that ferries you to and from the main boat and shore and the activities was in need of an update or replacement. I'm tall and I just did not physically fit into the bench seats. It wasn't a huge deal, but given that this experience occupied a couple hours of our sub-24 hour trip, a meaningful percentage of our time was spent on this deeply uncomfortable boat.

Beautiful boat and great staff. Can’t go wrong.
It could do with live music entertainment on board for the evenings as there was not much to do after dinner.
Also more breakfast offerings before setting off on the kayak morning would have been nice.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing. It was best experience ever I had. The yacht is luxurious with very beautiful balcony, bathroom with full ocean - view. wow, it is so beautiful. The staff are very friendly helpful and very flexible. Meals were perfect, especially we had chance to wear traditional clothes of Vietnam when having dinner, it was so lovely. Itinerary with many good activities: kayaking; visiting cave, cooking class... Big thanks to Heritage cruises. Highly recommend.

We were expecting a 5 star experience but we received a 7 star one. Loved absolutely everything about the trip. The staff was super friendly and caring. One of the best cruises in halong bay. Very few cruise ships are brand new. Heritage Cruises Cat Ba Archipelago has the best ones.
