This home is beautiful. We rented a bedroom w/ balcony, private bath!! Beautifully decorated, clean, beautiful bedding & comfortable bed! A mini coffee bar also in room. Owner thought of all details. Gave great recommendations for food/ restaurants. You also have access to multi purpose room w/ water, fruit, snacks etc. There are a few stairs to get to room but wide stairs to get suite case up & down. Enjoyed our time here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bluebird. Jane was a wonderful hostess and made us feel so welcome. The suite was spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with a lovely veranda overlooking the property. It was an easy walk to town in the perfect location. A well stocked upstairs kitchen was available to guests. Highly recommended!

Did a long weekend of bourbon tasting and this place was perfect. Jane was great! Good local eats also at the end of the day!

We had a great first stay in Georgetown at the Bleubird Studio and Suites! Highly recommend this place and will certainly try and book there again if coming back to the area!

My daughter attends college in Kentucky which is 7 hours from our home and unfortunately needed surgery while at school. I was looking for a nice quiet place for her to rest and heal post surgery. The Bleubird Inn was an absolute Godsend in that it provided us both with immense comfort - as the environment was so well appointed, impeccably maintained and Jane and Sandy were such gracious hosts. Loved the large front porch, appreciated access to the kitchen, laundry facilities, snacks and beverages were plentiful. Location was great. So grateful for Jane and all she did to make our stay so comfortable. I can’t wait to go back,

The only complaint I have about this stay is that it wasn't longer! Jane is an absolute sweetheart - extremely warm and welcoming. The property itself is clearly a labor of love. As a single traveler, I felt incredibly safe in both the home and the neighborhood. I will definitely return in the future.

Our overnight stay at Bleubird was everything we hoped for. Jane takes exceptional care of her property. Everything was immaculate and beautiful. Jane contacted us the day prior to our stay, asking for our ETA so that she could greet us at the door and show us around the property. She also asked what our preference was for continental breakfast, which was very thoughtful. Upon arrival, Jane and her dog Sandy, welcomed us and showed us around. She was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the West Suite, and everything was cozy and comfortable with everything that we needed. The next morning, a lovely table setting was ready for us to enjoy our continental breakfast of bagels and fruit. She also set out a complimentary snack basket and had a fridge stocked with beverages. I highly recommend Bleubird Suites for your stay in Georgetown!

A perfect place to relax and unwind. Absolutely beautiful interior and views. Amazing host who thinks of everything to keep her guests happy. Walking distance to restaurants and a delicious bakery. I enjoyed a yoga class in the morning in her studio. I highly recommend Bleubird and look forward to returning someday.

This was a great trip. Our host was very nice, kind, and made our stay very comfortable. She had everything we needed available to us. My wife is Gluten Free and our host was so thoughtful that she made sure there were breakfast items that were Gluten Free. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was really nice, roomy, and relaxing. The amenities were great. Very nice and welcoming host. The house is located a short walk away from downtown Georgetown. I was really able to unwind here, no complaints!

Well let's just say the listing is extremely humble. There is not anything I can think of to ask for, but if you did, Jane will make it happen. I'd tell you just bring your toothbrush, but you don't even need to do that. Extremely clean and attention to details is what you can expext.

What an awesome stay-immaculate and memorable in every way. Everything from the special gourmet snacks, continental breakfast, and amenities were just perfect. The bed and bedding were so comfortable. Everything was just so special! It was my husbands birthday and our host, Jane, even arranged for a birthday cake for him. Georgetown is a cute town full of history, close by Keenland (the drive from LEX was stunning!),The Kentucky Horse Park, great restaurants, and only 35 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Would definitely stay here again and we recommend the Bleubird Suites if you are seeking a first class stay!

Jane went above and beyond greeting us, providing an excellent recommendation for dinner at the Local Feed and breakfast in the morning. Her home is exquisitely decorated and has the most relaxing energy. Don’t sleep on this opportunity for a great relaxing girls weekend or a place to stay with your friend or sister/ mom. We were in town for our son’s graduation. The house is in immaculate condition. Jane was awesome to work with. She took time to give us a tour of the property upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed and more. It is definitely worth booking.
