The staff members were all extremely friendly, kind, accommodating, and professional: Anastasia, George, Andreas, Kostas, Nina, Joy -------. Thank you so much for helping my wife, who had some knee pain. We could see the Mediteranean Sea and small islands from our room and out from the room door. Fantastic! The view from the balcony was outstanding! Everyday we really enjoyed looking at the Mediterranean Sea, cruise ships, and small islands from the balcony where we could find tables and chairs. We enjoyed the breakfast they prepared for us. The bed was comfortable and the wi-fi connection was strong. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby. The location of this property is the top of a hill - very close to the cable car station. In that location you expect to walk up/down steps (gentle steps) to reach other places (a very short distance). And then I would expect it will be almost same wherever you stay in Fira, Santorini. Thank you so much again, everyone at Cosmopolitan Suites, for making our stay in Santorini very memorable. (We never used the Jacqui. Since we felt it was generating some unwanted humidity, I asked them to turn it off. It, however, is a nice feature.)

Wonderful hotel, with an spectacular view of the Caldera in Fira, Santorini. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed an amazing view with a courtesy bottle of wine by the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was great, specially Eftichia, providing outstanding service!! The breakfast was wonderful, and served fresh every day in the terrace witn an amazing view of the Caldera.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cosmopolitan Suites. From the moment we checked in, the staff, especially Anastasia, were extremely friendly, got us hyped for our stay, and were so helpful in planning our itinerary in Santorini. They were able to accommodate an upgrade to a room with a gorgeous upper terrace that looked out over the volcano and a cool grotto-stye jacuzzi. The breakfast, brought to our terrace each morning, was delicious. The front staff helped us book a sunset cruise, wine tasting, and transfers from the ferry port and airport. We also utilized their laundry service which was reasonably priced and timely. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Fira and excellent restaurants and nightlife are only a few steps away. We will absolutely stay at this property again, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.

staff are all friendly, comfortable communication. had breakfast and lunch there and it was excellent! Especially greek salad, and anything with Greek local products and food was high quality.

The room I stayed was on down floors, front property’s coverage was a bit bothersome. It might be discounted to the room cost, though.

The location was exceptional. It was quiet and private inside while still being located in the heart of Fira. The food was also exceptional and the complimentary breakfast cannot be beat by choices nor quality. The team there is so kind and pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen the best hotel. The hotel is situated in a stunning location in the centre of the Fira. When you enter the doors leading to the hotel you feel like you are in a dream. The hotel has 10 individually designed rooms all with their own outside space. The pool is bigger than most hotels and the views are stunning, especially at sunset. All the staff in the hotel were amazing, very friendly and always there when you need them with a smile. Breakfast is served on your terrace and there is so much choice. We were sad to leave and would recommend anyone going to Santorini to experience what this hotel has to offer. You will not be disappointed!

it is a beautiful facility, very clean and makes you feel very special. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and always very nice. the breakfast is amazing !

The location and views over the caldera were spectacular and the best part of our stay at Cosmopolitan. Also got great service when trying to book transportation to and from the hotell as well as other activities.

Checking in could've been smoother - we had to wait for our room, even though we checked in way past the official check in time. Also, I was quite surprised to learn that all drinks - aside from welcoming drinks - were charged and at a pretty hefty price at that, seeing that the price for our room was already at a premium.
