Ik vond het bed erg goed slapen. Ook fijn dat er een tv tegenover het bed zat
In het hotel zelf niet heel veel speciaals. En de wc was niet zo groot en zat onhandig

The staff were friendly and the lobby was very beautiful. It was right by the park which had a play area that was great for our daughter. The resturant looked lovely. Check in and check out was seamless. It was clean and had basic ammenities.
We came by car and altough they say they have parking they only have 20 spaces and they were all taken. On the good side they reccomended us a different place to park. The door to the toilet could not close or shut. When we complained about this we were not offered compensation or an apology. The TV only worked sometimes and was very blurry. The bed was very uncomfortable. They price themselves as an above budget hotel but this is definitley a budget hotel. Too expensive for what it is.

Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel. staff was very nice, the room was clean with good interior. Check-in and out process was so fast, and the breakfast was very good.

As a family of four we had to split into two separate rooms for a lack of family provision.
Rooms were showing signs of age with stained carpets and a little dirty.
Parking was appalling, insufficient spaces, away from hotel, with no marked bays.

The beds were comfy, and the breakfast was nice. The bar is open till 1 AM. The location is decent, walking distance from city center and antwerp central.
The rooms need a little maintainence, and the bathroom door lock was not working. The AC was pretty loud.

It was really clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind. A woman showed us a map of Antwerp, because it was our first time here. The breakfast was nice and we liked the waffle maker. Definitely coming back!

Reception staff were very welcoming. Toiletries (shower gel & lotions) were very nice quality, shower was nice & powerful. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Location is excellent for the station, park and shopping.
I'd have liked more coffee pods. I think in a room for 2 people 2 pods wouldn't be enough.

Room Size and bath room was really good and cleaned to high standard! and Sofa bed was almost the size of a double bed! Excellent Breakfast and a very comfy bed to sleep on after a busy day exploring the city.
Car park was not free and even though I requested for a space I was told it is full on the day! I also requested rooms to be next to each other or at least same floor as I had kids with me but that was also not fulfilled which was very disappointing!!

There was a big tour staying at the hotel, we could not find either place to eat or most of the menu was unavailable.. Elevators are not sufficient.

Nice and clean hotel near to the city centre. the room was clean, quiet, light and comfortable. The hotel offers a great breakfast and dinner with a good variety of menus. There are a big shopping street and lots of restaurants within a 5 min walk distance.
The parking is far from the hotel.
