Хотелът е фантастичен, топъл и уютен. Изключителна чистота, стаите са оборудвани с всичко необходимо. Персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив. Откликва на всяка необходимост. Спа зоната е просторна с турска баня, парна, баня, сауни, басейни и джакузита. Много добре оборудван фитнес. Храната е вкусна и много разнообразна. Със сигурност ще посетим отново.

Είναι ένα πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο ανάλογο των 4 αστέρων. Καθαρά, όμορφα δωμάτια με μικρές λεπτομέρειες που κανουν τη διαφορά. Εντουτοις, ο σύζυγος θα ήθελε μια πιο μεγάλη βεράντα που να του επιτρέπει να κάθετε. Πολύ καλό που έχει εσωτερική πισινα (με γυαλινη οροφη) για τον κρυο καιρό. Έχει και πολλές παροχές για παιδιά που είναι δωρεάν (scout camp & kids club) έτσι εάν ένα ζευγάρι θέλει να κάνει κάποια δραστηριότητα/σπα κτλ χωρίς τα παιδιά μπορεί υπογράφοντας τα στοιχεία του στον εκπαιδευτή. Υπάρχουν και κάποια αλλα που πληρώνεις επιπλέον όπως να παίξεις μπιλιάρδο, τραμπολινο, παιχνιδοτοπος εξωτερικός, πάρκο με σχοινιά, ενοικιαση ποδηλάτων κτλ. Παρόλο που πήγαμε Αύγουστο έβρεχε κάποιες μέρες αλλά το ξενοδοχείο ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο και με αρκετές παροχές για να έχουμε πολλά να κάνουμε μέσα στην ημέρα. Το πρόγευμα και το βραδινό που είχαμε ήταν πιο πλούσιο το Σαββατοκύριακο που είχε περισσότερο κόσμο. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό και ήξερε αγγλικα κάποιοι και ελληνικά.

Δεν μπορώ να πω ότι δεν μου άρεσε κάτι. Αλλά επειδή όλοι έχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης θα έλεγα ότι κατά την άποψή μου η σχέση ποιότητας-παροχης στο σπα δεν είναι ανάλογη. Θα πρότεινα να χαμηλώσουν λίγο οι τιμές στο σπα.

Definitely best place to stay in Borovets. Amazing breakfast and pool, many rest, chill, eat and drink options.

There isn't restriction to smoke on room balcony! We got as neighbors heavy smoker couple which led to our room full of smoke. Luckily we got respond from reception and got upgrade to top floor. Would recommend in the future somehow separate smokers from non smokers, or forbid to smoke on balconies.

I recently stayed at ila Hotel Borovets for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and politeness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Special thanks to Yordan and Ms. Elina, who were particularly helpful throughout our visit. Yordan's from guest relation kindness was especially noteworthy when he went out of his way to apologize for a rude guest who was in the queue behind me. Such attentiveness truly made a difference. The room's bathroom was very clean, and the breakfast was good, offering a nice variety of options to start the day. While the beds could be a bit more comfortable, everything else about our stay was wonderful. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Firstly, the beds could have been more comfortable; they were a bit too soft for a good sleep quality. Additionally, for a ski resort in the summer, it was unusual to experience such high temperatures, and unfortunately, the room's air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the room effectively. This made it somewhat uncomfortable during the hotter parts of the day. Many nearby restaurants are closed, which limits dining options.

Great location, food was good and excellent facilities.

There wasn’t any air conditioning and it was extremely hot in the room and hotel In general, on the top of this there weren’t any mosquitos nets on the window or door of the balcony. Family room isn’t spacious enough.
