We had an adjoining room which was great with kids - 2 single beds, 1 double, 2 bathrooms. the hotel was about 15 to 20 minute walk from Shibuya station to the hotel. It was a little hard to find the hotel in a back street. The hotel itself was a little old and dated but clean nevertheless.

I wanted to have a guest in my room during the day but the staff said no, this was quite disappointing as I don’t see the problem. However, they said it nicely which was very much appreciated.

Location is great, attention is great and value obtained is also good for the price.

However the room can get dusty and I'm allergic to dust so the last 2 days were a bit hard for me.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, polite and service-oriented. The aircon is very strong so that a few minutes are enough to have the room reach a comfortable temperature. The location is excellent.

There is nothing that I did not like. Personally, I would have a ppreciated some cotton buds in the bathroom, but this is definteyl an add-on that is not necessary.

the staff was very rude and controlling.

Very good location, theres a bar a couple feet away ,minutes away from clubs and good food, staff was very respectful , i have stayed here two different times and both time during the day the maids cleaned my room while i was gone

The staffs were really helpful and lovely.. the rooms are bigger than usual Tokyo hotels.. walking distance to shops and restaurants..
