Everything. Perfect service….i can really say the best ever….great history. Almost impossible to make a stay better.

The business center was not available, but our concierge came to the rescue to print my boarding passes.

We were allowed an early check in, despite it being a very busy period for the hotel. This was greatly appreciated. Restaurant suggestions from the staff were good. Room was comfortable and bathroom was nice. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was advertised as a landmark view, which I mistakenly understood as the view of the Bund. Instead it is the view of the swatch store/ side street. The bathrobe had coffee stains on it from previous guest. When placed on the floor for housekeeping to change it, it was hung back up in the bathroom with swapping it for a new and clean bathrobe. Housekeeping also forgot to clean the room on one of the days.

The dinning areas for breakfast are not very big. There is very limited number of big table for families over 4 people.

The service from the moment you walk in is fantastic and you are made to feel special. Location couldn't be better!

Loved the conscierge service. They were extremely helpful when my credit card was swallowed by an atm. Note to future travellers: do not expect to be able to withdraw money on weekends when Banks are closed. The gym was great too.

The walls were a bit thin but that is to be expected in a historic hotel like this one.

I always stay at the Peace Hotel for my birthday. The staff is absolutely incredible. The service is unmatched! Many thanks again to Lily and the other managers who make my stays so special. I will always return! If you are looking for fantastic service in a historic hotel, then look no further!

I loved the history, architecture, and retro vibe of the hotel. The location was on the bund and walking around was easy! The hotel was rich in detail, and Lili, the manager, arranged a tour for us in the morning. The staff were lovely, kind, and attentive.

I wasn't informed upon booking that the amenities like gym, spa, sauna, museum, terrace, Cathay room, jazz band, and business centre. We felt like we were charged the full price for the stay and provided with none of the amenities. Lili did her best to make us feel welcomed and show us the facilities, but the point of our stay was to pamper ourselves and enjoy the hotel offerings. I'm 7 months pregnant, so this is one of the last times I will be able to do this sort of thing for a while and we were disappointed that we paid so much and nothing was open. The hotel was operating on a skeleton crew due to the Covid outbreak after the government swiftly rescinded all restrictions, but none of this was expressed upon booking. It felt very much like a money grab because our stay occurred two days before Christmas.

Great front desk service. upgraded our room free of charge and very politely escorted us to where the elevator is. The room is really big and very pretty. I really like the bathtub and the four-poster bed. Classic and comfy. Booking is very convenient.

It's a bummer u hav great front desk staff but judgy reservation staff who answer calls impolitely. I was making a call to inquire if the Terrace restaurant is open or not so we can see the view while dining. The girl mentioned that the Terrace is not open but the Chinese restaurant is. And if we want to see the ocean view so much, we should hav booked the ocean view room. That really hurts my feelings a bit even before I hav checked into the hotel. A bone to pick on the cleanness of the room. the chandelier above the bed seems to be unclean for quite a while. it's visible that there r some dust bunnies. I was a little afraid that the dust will fall into our mouth while sleeping.

I stayed at this prestigious hotel on my special day and it exceeded my expectations! I booked an executive king room with lounge access. There were a group of people checking in the lobby when I got there but because I booked the executive room, they took me to the executive lounge for check-in which was very pleasant. The staff and their service were excellent. I want to commend Stevie, the hotel manager, as he was very helpful and made my birthday stay really worthwhile. I super love my room. It has a huge bathroom, a tiny walk in closet, and a huge bed! I made the right choice and indeed, found some peace, hassle free stay. <3

The pool is kinda hard to find and surprisingly, tiny. As it is tiny, they limit the access to 8 people at a time. However, if you get there at the right time, you may be lucky to have the pool to yourself. I got lucky! :P

I have stayed here several times, and the staff is always phenomenal. This weekend I rented a suite for my birthday. I hosted a few friends for after dinner drinks, Lily and Stevie were so wonderful in helping arrange everything. The rooms are comfortable with fantastic Bund views.

The Jazz bar is not good enough. It needs updating. While the rest of the hotel is charming in line with the 1920s style, the Jazz bar is just tired and old. It was no surprise that it was virtually empty.

The hotel of course is very historic which was attractive.

I think the price is very high for what is provided. There was no view.
