Good accomodation clean tidy , gardens and out door area could use some attention. Staff good courtesy bus was convenient.

The room was a good size. It was clean and having a smart TV was a bonus.

The bathroom was a bit basic and had no exhaust fan.

Nice and close to beach, both AC and ceiling fans, well equipped kitchen.

Very small hot water cylinder, barely enough for 2 showers

Ideal for place to stay near the airport for a night. Nicer facilities than expected. Easy to do late check in. Simple and comfortable.

It was quiet and close to the airport. It had a microwave and some plates which was useful.

The toilet was way too close to the shower and the shower floor was slippery. It was very run down, quite a shock considering the price we paid.

It was very convenient and fairly priced. The room was clean and tidy. There was a nice TV on the wall. The bed was comfortable.

It was a cold night and we did actually get quite cold because the air conditioning is noisy and doesn't heat the room up that well. We really could have done with a comfortable thick doona

Feel safe when I stay here, it’s tucked away, yet, so close and convenient to airport, didn’t hear any traffic or airplane noise. the rooms where clean tidy and comfortable.

Shower was tiny , I've stayed in other rooms there and the shower was fine but that last one was small,

it wasn’t what what advertised, once we arrived at the office we were then informed we had to travel to an extra distance to Banyo to a house that was not only extremely old but we felt unsafe in the neighbourhood. If I it was clear this was the case we would have booked elsewhere, Honestly it was poor form.

Very convenient for our RV drop-off and for the airport. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport.

Honestly, only one fault...the toilet paper. It's weird like polystyrene and doesn't tear off.

pillows were hard as rocks. strange room set up. no where too to put 3 suitcases unfriendly staff/ unwelcoming correspondence via email and in person. no face washers no where to put anything on a counter in the bathroom. only 3 cups, 3 spoons and 3 plates left on a drying rack - but when we were there only 2 glasses. recommended 2 take out food options - the Italian option was overpriced and shocking food. an absolute rip off. said it would arrive in 40 mins took 70 mins - driver forgot drink - changed the pasta option and carbonara was like scrambled eggs.
