Clean affordable and good communication about booking in

The overpowering smell of fragrance gave me a bad headache. My grandson was booked in too but couldn’t stay because of the smell. There was no warm covers for the bed, I was freezing. The lock on the door was very tricky and could have been forewarned about it. Even after being shown how to manage the trick still found it difficult. Frustrating.

It was no Hilton but for the price in the current market it was clean, well maintained and comfortable.

Location good for where I needed to visit. Good little kitchen Shower was hot. Comfy sofa.

Road noise was annoying. Bed light hanging from wall dangerous. Shower curtain falling off wall.

I was happy that there was a bed each for my kids. Kitchenette was great. Air con was good.

Bed very uncomfortable and pillows terrible. Shower is far too small and shower head badly needs replacing. Door has a lot of trouble locking.

Where to start? The cold water tap was the hot water in the shower. The door had to be man handled to actually lock the door. The place looked like it has never been cleaned - one example: has liquid soap on the wall, but soap packet stuck to shower curtain. Mould growing all over shower, toilet still had last visitors stains. The vanity in the bathroom was falling apart. Tiles painted over to avoid cleaning the grout. Broken bed, broken curtains, broken power point - lights not working. Chairs stained. No top sheets on the beds, no blankets that didn't smell. Carpet stained and or so thin it looked stained.

no phone in room, dead bugs and mold in bathroom, no info folders or dining options, no streaming services and sliding door room access, front desk closed at 840am

How close it was to the airport, & also having a microwave & a proper fridge for baby food/bottles

Having a baby that crawls, the carpet was dirty, couldn't find the TV remote, the air con kept changing on it's own, a few cutlery, mugs etc were still dirty. There was only 1 blanket.
