We had to stay in this hotel during our transit flight. I was really impressed. Everything was perfect!!! Very friendly and helpful personnel! SPA area is wonderful!!

Location and staff

Very helpful staff.

I like the large spacious room, I liked the outdoor swimming pool  well, equipped, health facility, and Turkish bath.  Most of all the staff is very helpful and friendly and efficient.

The lightning in the room with a little bit complicated

Very close to the airport however there shuttle service is not always there! You need to contact and wait after your arrival.

So convenient, really comfortable and clean. Really friendly helpful reception staff, there’s an ATM and great that they have 24 hour reception and cafe/bar/restaurant being an airport hotel. Really amazing view from the room! I could only book a twin room when I booked there was nothing else left and this is the only airport hotel option, when we checked in the receptionist moved us to a double room on the 6th floor which was really nice.

A couple of things were a bit worn in the room, eg a broken coffee table leg when I tried to move it. Some of the design was a little dated in the rooms. The door staff insist on carrying your bags to the room and in and out of the shuttle but then they obviously want a tip and we didn’t have cash out yet and had just flown for 13 hours so it felt like a lot to be required to have cash and think about a different tipping culture right away. In such a high calibre hotel I would expect the door staff to be paid well enough to not need a tip from the guests and after I knew I just declined and carried my own bags but on a lack of sleep right out the airport it wasn’t very nice. Also the shuttle was outside but there was no sign inside as I was told there would be or it wasn’t clear enough that we would need to walk out the front to find them. All of these things would have been fine if I’d had enough sleep perhaps haha! But right off a plane a lot of people might feel the same…

It is a pity that you can not stay with the animal. Few people know that cats are very obedient, do not mischief and are accustomed to their toilet. I wanted to stay for the second time in this hotel, but the animals were not allowed. I understand, of course, animals are different. But nonetheless.))

This is a great hotel, very close to the airport. Great spa and gym for wind down.

Proximity to the airport. English speaking staff. Good and prompt airport drop facility.

Very limited restaurant options. Only one restaurant was operating. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Limited facilities/activities for guests.

The proximity to the airport, which is the main reason why I decided to spend my last night in Baku at this hotel. It's possible to walk from the hotel to the airport in few minutes, however the reception provided a shuttle service to the terminal free of charge and in real time. The food at the restaurant is of high-quality and there is a wide choice of meals.

Very close to the airport - walking distance, but the free shuttle was brilliant. Room was quiet, even though right next to the airport. The spa facilities were an added bonus.

In communications the FlyInn staff were absolutely superb and answered all queries very promptly. Breakfast was fresh, good quality and options to suit all tastes

Early check in could have been a little cheaper

the hotel is really close to airport ( 3 minute walk tops) they offer a free transfer to-from airport. Check in is open at all times, really fast service. Luggage storage facilities are also available. Great breakfast and even a spa erea

This hotel is very comfortable and quiet despite being beside the airport. It was so handy to get to from the airport which was great when we arrived late at night.

I didn't have enough time to use all the facilities!
