The whole house was a little bit different and quirky. I loved the style and the space, good value for money and perfect location for everything. I was made to feel very welcome and the room was beautiful.

Beautiful property in great location within walking distance of the city centre. Rooms are very clean and there is plenty of communal space and appliances for use in the kitchen.

It’s cosy and quaint. Patricia, Colin, and Caroline (at The Lawrence) are so friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Such friendly staff. And the location is nice.
Had I known in advance that Room 4 has a separate private bathroom down the hall, I would’ve requested for a room with attached bathroom. It’s a bit uncomfortable going out of your room in a dressing gown. Hehe.

Colin (host) was so welcoming, friendly and made me feel at home. He changed my room for a warmer one upstairs for no extra charge. The room (and the house) was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. The location is perfect for accessing town and has free on street parking if needed. Unfortunately it was just a short trip to Derry this time but we'll definitely be back here to stay in future.

Everything was perfect! They welcomed us and explained everything as if it was a luxury 5 star hotel. The room was amazing, very spacious and very clean and we'll decorated.
There is a kitchen where we made a tea and coffee in the morning before going next door to a magnificent breakfast. It was all well worth it.

Breakfast was a bit confusing as we had to get a form from the staff, fill it out and then pass it back (there wasn't always staff present).

Personal welcome, even though we were late with a brief explanation of facilities. Beautifully decorated. Nespresso machine in the kitchen!
As we were staying to get ready for a wedding, Room 8 was not big enough for us and it didn't have an en-suite. Had we been staying for any other reason it would have been perfectly suitable.

Great place to stay in a very well located area. The whole building is beautifully decorated and the room was confortable and had everything we needed. The warm breakfast option in The Lawrence was a great choice, it was very tasty.

Colin is a great host. Took care of us in every aspect. Walking distance to the city center and free parking on the street. House is renewed and arty. Very comfortable living room, kitchen and dining rooms. There was no breakfast but complimentary cornflakes and serial with milk and caffee made very good start for the day. Very recomended location. Very special room equipment, loved it! Breakfast done by yourself. Coffee, Milka, sereals and fruits are available. Very nice location and nice host.

Room a little small with private bathroom but that was separate from room on a different level. However, at this price I think it was a very good hotel to stay at.

Loved everything. Colin was super friendly and attentive, the cleaning staff were also super nice.
