The price was good for what the room was it had the things ya need microwave kettle towels toilet shower sink comfortable bed toaster kitchen area would stay again

The little things do make the difference they lack the little things

Tfgm buses 17 18 and 163 are on route from city center and 53 from Salford and cheetham hill... So connectivity is not an issue No breakfast facility available

Facility for tea or coffee at least.... Otherwise it's not bad place to stay .. not too great but not bad either Overall review Average to slightly good

it was close to my course

it was unclean I got a bite on my leg and the showers was mouldy there was only a little bit of Andrex toilet roll and a little bin and when my bin was fool and toilet roll finished I asked for another for when I get back he said it was fine through text when I got back it was not changed he said to give him a call I rang he said he would be an hour he’s out getting it then came back in 2h then was rude and said I’m not aloud to give this it’s one bag and one roll through your stay when it is self catering and stated I would be providing with toilet roll not only that he replaced it with cheap toilet roll and he never smiles always moody the bed sheets and walls was dirty and the work tops shelf’s and light shades are dusty I had to sleep on top of the sheet with my dressing gown under my face and my own blanket over me and I still managed to get a bites at the bottom of my leg from where my dressing gown didn’t reach to I’m not happy about my stay one bit !!

Nothing it was terrible!

Everything first room had no heating and was really cold, was really dirty, smelt bad, had mould, dirty sheets, not hoovered, broken furniture not somewhere I’d stay even if I was homelessness! we complained and got another room which was better but mould on shower, damp on the ceiling, only one towel for two people,broken bed, cleaner but still wouldn’t recommend to stay here! Not worth the money at all. I have stayed in much better properties for less money than what I have paid for this one. I should get a REFUND.

there was no key to entering the building after midnight. You have to knock hard to get some response and on departure from the premises, all doors were locked, you had to find the back door to leave the premises.

The guy at reception was friendly and good at response ..

First of all the toilet door was missing.. No heating was working. The mattresses were uncomfortable...could not sleep well .. No accessories in the washroom except toilet roll.. There were no hand wash ..no shampoo or soup ..no conditioner.. need too much improvement for paying guest to stay
