Loved the fact that the cleanliness is indeed excellent. we had cleaning provided everyday, towels replaced everyday and everything was in good Staff was really good at providing an amazing customer service and the coctailks were divine.

Variety of vegetarian food options and lack of food description. For a muslim person it was very difficult to identify what items we can or cannot eat. Big pool we were not able to use due to kids jumping constantly so had to choose the seaside more often.

We were there on a holiday with our two daughters and two grandparents. The size of the apartment was just right, with a little kitchenette that could be used if needed (we did not need to, however). The pools and the water slides were the highlight of the stay for our daughters, who enjoyed that a lot. There is easy access to the beach if you would like to try the sea - the beach front is relatively small in size and the water was quite agitated during our stay, so most of our time was spent at the pool. The apartment was clean and cleaned every day. Our apartment was overlooking the Black Sea, so the views were beautiful. The choice of food was very varied and I believe catered to most (if not all) diets. The girls greatly enjoyed the icecream bar :)

the pools are great for the younger and older children. short and comfortable way to the beach. they have mini market and restaurant inside the resort and mini kitchen so we could make light meals at the room. mini disco and evening shows were very fun!

the breakfast- there was a large verity but the food was less tasty then expected. buns were too hard to bite, muesli was too sweet.. many carbs but not so much healthy food.

I loved that it’s really close to the beach and there are restaurants close by. Rooms were generally clean and comfortable with towels you can use and the kitchenette was a convenience as well as the fact there was a washing machine. Staff was mostly friendly, but might be an issue for some that not everyone speaks Bulgarian. Wasn’t for me, but worth noting. Kids’ entertainment in the evening was quite pleasant and the children had fun.

Pools were quite busy and the chaise lounges were super close together to the point there was no space to actually move around them so meant everyone was extremely close to one another. I feel like some days the slides were not supervised and there needs to be a bit more control of how the kids are using them(sometimes 3-4 people at a time). Food at the restaurant at breakfast was not always great tasted like old oil was used and it was the same for the 4-5 days we were there. Beds were not comfortable for some of us, but I get it’s very specific. I expected there to be more shampoos and conditioner. there was one small old hair and body bottle for 4 people.

very nice facilities, very family friendly and the activity staff are fantastic. fun games, activities, and entertainment everyday for kids and adults!

Slides were awesome entertainment for the whole family. I loved that you can include not just breakfast but dinner as well as part of the reservation. Very nice place and great service.

For some Bulgarians it might be tough as most of the personnel doesn't speak Bulgarian. I had to translate to my parents. Beach is rather small but it was only June and the water there was too cold for me anyways so just enjoyed the view of it and went to the pool.

The location was perfect, near a long stretch of sandy beaches. The pools & water slides were also lovely. The food was varied & tasty. staff was very polite and took amazing care of our room & our requests. We’ve had a great stay and would love to come back!

Since two of our days were rainy, we longed for an indoor playground for kids. It would be a nice add-in to the hotel as weather on Bulgaria’s coast can be quite unpredictable. Regarding food, I would have appreciated food labeling, as people with intolerances like myself always had to ask whether the food contained dairy, gluten, etc and many times the answer was ‘I don’t know, I will ask’, and I had to wait long for a response. Around 70% of all cooked food seemed to contain dairy. I think this is something specific to Bulgaria’s cuisine, rather than a chef’s preference. Nearly all desserts contained dairy and gluten. Only in two nights they had some keto-friendly desserts with no dairy & sugar. All in all we were very happy with the food, but when it comes to suggestions, food labeling would make things so much easier.

I really appreciated the fact that everything was clean - the ladies from the cleaning team do a really good job! Also, the facilities of the complex are good - pools for kids & adults, pool slides, supermarket, bar etc - all these things make your life easier, when you travel with small kids 😁.

It is not that I didn’t like, but I would suggest a bigger variety of food for the breakfast.
