Excellent location, very clean, staff was great.

Very old hotel!

There is a free parking and right next to the sea. Love the location!

Our bathroom was small and there is no pool.

The best thing in the hotel is its location - just near the sea. We had a triple room with a great sea view. We also liked the restaurant - garden with a cute pond and lovely fish inside. One more plus is free mini golf for hotel visitors.

- no hair dryer; - limited variety of dishes; - too noisy at night (music was playing till 2-3 am every day); - towels were changed only once during 11 days of our stay; - bedside wasn't changed at all within 11 days!!!

The food was good. Cakes were really reaaally tasty.

It was a problem with the parking. If it is place you cand leave your car in the parking but if you dont “have place” they will tell you to take out your car because you cant stay there so you have to look up for a parking place with fee.

A swimming pool was mentioned in the offer, but it is not there.

It is very nice accomodation.

The staff was very polite. Breakfast was good but that's not hard if you prefer sausages with scrambled eggs ^_^.

Confirmed a double bed before arrival, this didn't happen in the end. The food was quite tasteless / faded unfortunately (dinner). Nowhere to dry your clothes / beach "equipment", we had to improvise.

There was no hot water

Wonderful location of the hotel, amazing service from parking the car to the full service at the reception by the ever-smiling and assisting receptionists Julia and Sabi, for everything a tourist needs to be happy. Attention, attitude, intellect and upbringing. I recommend to everyone who likes to communicate with educated young people. We will see friends again this summer. Be still smiling and friendly. The view is amazing! The staff are very friendly, especially the man at the front desk. Room was very clean every day. Beach is 20m from the hotel. Mini golf course is great thing for fun.

The fact that pictures shows swimming pool is really bad as this hotel hasn't got it. Yes you can use the swimming poll which is in the hotel on the oposite site but there is not a lot of sunbeds anyway. Advert says there is a private beach and there is no private beach at all. Freezone doesn't mean free sunbeds on the beach so you have to prepare 13.50leva every day. Breakfast is very limited and you have to stay on the line and point it what you want in your plate and one of the staff member will put it on your plate

All furniture really looks super old and is peeling off including cheap laminate floor. Some furniture was semi broken. Room has CRT TV (in 2021). There is no separated shower in bathroom (or at least some curtain) so bathroom will be flooded every time you shower and there is no mop provided to clean it. We received also only 2 towels (for 2 adults and one kid) , so we had to use one to clean our feet every time we exit bathroom, which means we had only one towel for us. Room had a sand on floor from previous guests. There is basically no parking at all (hotel has approximately 150 rooms and approximately 15-20 cars can fit there, which means you need to park along the streets, which can be far (in our case) and not safe. Breakfast was just ok, but coffee was not just bad but it was really terrible. No cloth hanger on balcony to dry swim clothes and towels. Cleanliness was poor.
