We had a fantastic stay and already planning our next! The location was perfect, central but located on a nice quiet street. The accommodation was immaculate and really homely. Amy and Chris were the best hosts we could wish for, helping with planning our holiday and nothing was too much ask. Breakfast was also amazing, they even went above & beyond when we were leaving early one morning to make sure we didn't go hungry! Thank you so much, we will be back soon!

Amy and Chris were so friendly and helpful, answered any questions we had, provided maps / timetables, recommended places, etc. Also Chris' breakfast was superb, he obviously takes great pride in every breakfast he cooks. The 'herdy' system for restocking your room was an excellent a simple process. Location was just around the corner from all the shops, bars and restaurants.

I can't think of anything, it was all perfect, even the simple little things like the toiletries were excellent.

It is definite a wise choice to stay at Avondale Guest House. I was impressed by its cleanliness and comfort. Nice location, various breakfast options, and warmhearted hosts. Amy has made here like a home for me.

The guesthouse is in the perfect location for exploring Keswick and Amy and Chris were great hosts. The room was super clean, breakfast was lovely lots of choice and beds very comfy. Will defiantly stay again.

The owners where very welcoming, the rooms where homely and had everything you needed. The accommodation was exceptionally clean. Good variety on the breakfast menu and nothing was an issue. Accommodation was perfect, in the heart of it all with beautiful views of the mountains.
