Ce loft de 2 chambres est situé au 2ème étage (considéré comme le 3ème étage aux États-Unis et au Canada) d'un immeuble rénové avec ascenseur et d'un système de sécurité à Kings Cross, à Londres. Il s'agit d'un très grand appartement de 120 m2 (1300 pi²) et d'une terrasse privée de 35 m2 (375 pi²) avec mobilier de jardin et plantes de bambou.
Le salon dispose de parquet, de poutres apparentes, de murs blancs et d'un mobilier moderne minimaliste. Le coin salon du salon contient deux canapés confortables, une table basse et une télévision avec lecteur DVD. Une grande fenêtre occupe tout le mur est et donne accès au balcon. Il y a aussi une table ronde en verre devant la fenêtre où vous pourrez prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil du matin. La salle à manger se trouve de l'autre côté du salon ouvert. Il y a une table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée.
L'appartement dispose de deux chambres. La chambre 1 a un lit king size. La chambre 2 a un lit king size ou des lits jumeaux (au choix). Il y a aussi un lit king size dans le salon. La salle de bain moderne contient une douche, des toilettes et un lavabo avec un grand miroir.
Cet appartement de luxe donne sur une rue calme et les fenêtres sont à double vitrage, pour vous assurer un séjour aussi relaxant que possible. Il y a un canal pittoresque à seulement deux pâtés de maisons, avec des restaurants au bord de l'eau et une réserve naturelle. En marchant le long du canal, vous pourrez rejoindre le marché de Camden, Regents Park, le zoo de Londres et de nombreux autres lieux d'intérêt.
Un supermarché Waitrose est à seulement 3 minutes à pied. De plus, il y a des restaurants et des magasins pour tous les budgets dans le quartier, et la gare de Kings Cross est à seulement 3 minutes à pied. Great place for families
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Paul’s apartment. The photos are real representation of the place. The apartment is tidy and big. Beds are comfy. It is close to King’s Cross Station and local shops which is convenient for families with children. Easy to communicate with the owner. We will stay here again.

Great King's Cross Apartment!
We really enjoyed our time at this apartment. The neighborhood was fantastic, very family friendly, and super-convenient for transportation, dining and the Waitrose. We really loved the Caravan Marketplace and canal, too! The apartment is really quiet, which was great for our family of 4 (with 2 young children). We would consider staying there again in the future.

Great location and cute apt. Almost time for a little refreshing of apt. Fresh paint, new pillows, couple of minor fixes, and a deep clean would do wonders. But it had everything that we needed. Thank you for having us.

An excellent place for families in London
Our 6 days stay is an excellent experience. The location is easy for everything. The King Cross train and underground station is only 5 minutes walking away. Waitrose and Tesco supermarket are less than 5 minutes too. The apartment is very spacious, clean and bright. The kitchen has all essentials to prepare simple meal if needed. Sherry is very helpful. She met us at the flat and gave recommendation for the neighborhood. It is very quiet at night, and we can't hear the noise from train and traffic at the road at all. Highly recommended for families.

Perfect location!
The property is in a very safe, very fun neighborhood for getting out and exploring London. It’s a very quick and easy walk to Kings Cross Tube and St. Pancras. We enjoyed having a Pret so close for breakfast before we started our daily adventuring. Paul was very communicative and helpful as well.

Great place for families!
We enjoyed our stay! The flat was roomy and bright. The location surprisingly quiet for such a busy neighbourhood. Easy access to everything! The train station is just minutes away on foot. The Waitrose was also very close at maybe a 1-2 minute walk. Travelers note... they discount bread and sweets around 8pm making for some very inexpensive buys!! A loaf of bread for only 40p! Restaurants were also close. Enjoyed dinner from the Ekachai downstairs and bought lunches at the Pret a Manger to eat on the go. Kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. I cannot forget to mention that the housekeeper, Sherry, was lovely. She met us at the flat on the day of our arrival, helped us with recommendations on where to buy local and let us store our luggage until check-in time. Having the ability to leave our luggage at the flat while doing our shopping was priceless. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would look to book here again in the future. Thank you!

Great space. Great location
Paul's apartment is spacious, extremely comfortable, and has all of the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. We had never spent time in the King's Cross area before and found it to be filled with great restaurants, shops and cafes. Being close to public transportation and a supermarket didn't hurt either. Our family had a wonderful time here and also enjoyed the dry, above-average temperatures, so whatever sorcery Paul conjured up for that to happen was much appreciated.

A wonderful oasis to come home to after coping with the hustle and bustle of the city..
This property was superbly located, just a short stroll from Kings Cross tube, which is only ever a few stops from any of London's main attractions and shopping areas. The apartment is so spacious, which was great for the whole family (of four) to spread out and unwind at the end of the day. Comfortable beds, continuous hot shower, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, which were all easy to use. Plenty of local places to eat nearby, or supermarket just up the road to get fresh produce if you want to cook in the well appointed kitchen. Would thoroughly recommend this property!

Perfect for family and small groups
This apartment was a dream find. The apartment was remarkably spacious, beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was fully-equipped, location (just a short walk from King's Cross) was perfect for subway and train journeys. The walk to and fro King's Cross was manageable for my smaller kids, and we always felt safe even when walking back at 11pm. I would recommend this amazing apartment to anyone travelling in families or small groups. There is nothing you need that you cannot find here. Thanks Paul for a great stay!

This is a large flat located near King’s cross which is a great location for access of London. The King’s Cross area has really changed over the last several years. There are several lovely restaurants and a large Waitrose located close by.

I visited London last March with some friend and we spent a week in this beautiful apartment. It is very comfortable, clean and well-maintained!!
The pictures and the description are extremely accurate.
The apartment is very well-located, near Kings Cross where you can take the tube to visit the main London's attractions.
The neighbourhood is quiet with nice pubs and restaurants. There is also a supermarket very close to the apartment.

We stayed in Paul’s apartment with two of our kids and had a wonderful time. The apartment is fully renovated and everything is new and clean. It is extremely large, and this is a great advantage in comparison to the average London hotel room, especially when traveling with children. It is located in a central place, but it is quiet and very close to the underground and many busses. We had to extend our stay in one additional night at the last moment, and Paul was very flexible and quick in replying to us. Will defiantly stay there again.

We stayed in Paul’s lovely London apartment in Kings Cross for a week. It was so easy and cheap to catch the tube from Heathrow to Kings Cross/St Pancras station and just walk eight minutes up the hill to this spacious apartment. It is a big open plan apartment in a converted warehouse. It has a well fitted full kitchen so self catering is a breeze especially with a supermarket just around the corner. It has two bedrooms, one with a very comfortable Queen bed and one with two singles. There is an extra Queen bed if needed.
We used the tube a lot so it was perfectly positioned for us. It is also an area with pubs, restaurants and takeaways that are all reasonably priced. When we left, again, it was just a short walk down the hill to St. Pancras station to catch the Eurostar to Paris. No need for an expensive London taxi during our stay. We are a family of four and highly recommend this apartment for families or groups. Thanks for a great stay Paul

I stayed here for the weekend with some friends and thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here. The picture show exactly how this flat is, very clean, tidy and comfortable.
The location is truly the best as its walking distance from King's cross and a wee bit further to Euston. King cross is a good location generally for transport around London so a great base.
Flat was very clean, had everything you would need to stay and plenty facilities to cook your own food (reasonable sized tesco 5min walk away).

My wife daughter and I stayed at Paul's place for a week. It is really large, and very quiet. The apartment is well located, and you are able to walk topmost places or catch the tube which is only 5 minutes away if that. It is clean and comfortable, and Paul was a helpful and pleasant host. It is also close to a Tescos and to a couple of nice pubs. If you are coming to London, you ought to stay here.

My husband and I visited London with our two young sons, aged 5 and 8, and we found Paul's apartment to be perfect for our needs. It is light, airy and very spacious and Paul has provided all the amenities that one would need for a family. It served as a great base from which to explore the city and being close to King's Cross station meant that we didn't have to walk too far with our boys to catch the tube. The apartment was great to relax in when we were tired from all the sightseeing. Also having a Pret A Manger close by for fresh coffee and great food was really convenient.
Being close to the tube as well as St Pancras, the trains tended to be quite noisy but we didn't mind. We will definitely use this apartment again when next in London.

We stayed in this apartment for one week this past June. It was very spacious with a nicely equipped kitchen. We were traveling with my parents and my Dad is still talking about how comfortable the bed was. The apartment is located very close to Kings Cross and Pancras Stations. Nice deck/patio area was an added bonus. Paul was great to work with and we will absolutely look into renting this apartment on our next trip to London.

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere afforded to us by this flat. We were on the go so much during the day and it was such a nice place to unwind after a busy day. It was clean, bright and spacious. We ate breakfast at the flat every morning and this let us start the day in a way so we were not rushed and save some money as well. We enjoyed the location being so close to the underground station. Paul was gracious in meeting us upon our arrival.

We were recommended to contact Paul by friends who had stayed in his apartment a year ago. We're glad they recommended it, and we're glad we followed their recommendation.
Paul is friendly and helpful, easy to deal with in the lead up to arriving, great to meet, and more than helpful when we arrived.
The location of the apartment is fantastic - really central, and easy walking or tube ride away from everything interesting.
If arriving from Heathrow, it's a single tube ride to Kings Cross St Pancras (allow around an hour) and less than five minutes walk from the tube station. It's five minutes walk to St Pancras international, and the Eurostar, and if you feel like walking, it's any easy walk to many tourist attractions - we walked to the London Eye in about 50 minutes, for example.
The photos give you a really good idea of what the apartment is like - it is just as good as it looks.
Highly recommended, and if we're lucky enough to be staying again in the future, we'll definitely try to book again.
