Notre maison en rondins est située à 1,5 km d’une route en majorité noire, sur laquelle nous sommes entourés d’arbres.
Séjournez dans notre belle cabane en rondins, qui offre un spacieux, 6500 sq. Ft, 5 chambres plus grenier. 4 BA, 2 cheminées et un poêle à bois. Niché au bout d'un chemin boisé sur 1+ acres, vous pourrez profiter de votre vie privée et ce que Mère Nature offre. Situé à proximité de 7mm sur le bras Big Niangua avec de l'eau calme, cette maison offre les avantages de la vie sur le lac sans tout le bruit et la circulation. Parfait pour passer du temps avec la famille pour une escapade de week-end, des vacances en famille ou même une réunion de famille, mariage, retraites religieuses; Capacité d'accueil 20.
Cette maison a trois ponts à l'arrière de la maison, se détendre sur le projeté dans le pont supérieur, en dehors du soleil, ou profiter de la vue magnifique sur le lac de l'un des ponts. Vous pourriez même voir un aigle chauve ou deux! Si votre groupe souhaite louer un bateau ou des jet-skis au port de plaisance situé à proximité, le quai propose 2 remontées mécaniques pour jet-ski et 1 slip de bateau, ainsi qu'un grand pont de bain pour tous les âges. Une rampe d'accès public est situé à un mile. Les adultes peuvent regarder des sports ou regarder un film dans la salle de jeux tout en jouant au billard ou en faisant de l'exercice. This place was perfect. Our family of 18 had plenty of space. The teenager and kids enjoyed the loft. The kitchen was ideal, large and well stock with all the utensils needed. The dining areas were great. Our whole family found places to rest and play. The dock with the lily pad was used all the time. And the two refrigerators by the kitchen were ideal. Our 12u baseball team stayed here while we played in the lake of the ozarks tournament. The kids had a ball after they got done playing each day they got to enjoy the lake and the amazing house. House is huge. We had 11 12 year olds stay with us plus 3 coaches families. Amazing view and home. We will be back next year when we play in same tournament again.

The Lake House was a perfect place for our annual family lake trip. Everyone had a bed. The home was clean and well stocked.
We spent most of our time on the dock - the lake toys were amazing for the teenagers in our group. The evenings were spent around the fire pit - singing and sharing stories. So many memories were made.

We could only stay for the weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. The best part was the Aqua Lily Pad and the private dock - it was so easy to just head on down to the dock and hang out on the lake all day. The hosts were easily reachable when we had problems but not overly in-our-face. The only thing I worried about was that there were a lot of wasps - I think they must have sprayed for them, because we found several dead ones. Nothing that ruined the weekend or anything, but something to look out for. Overall, 10/10, would book again.

Everyone in our group, from 13 to 71, loved these accommodations! The view from the deck - gorgeous & makes morning coffee the best. We had an amazing time on the dock & game time in dining room. We had a wonderful time with our family at this location! The hosts were prompt in answering any questions we had. There were 15 of us, and each couple had a bedroom. The loft was perfect for our grandchildren! They loved it! The views were wonderful, and the kids loved hearing and seeing the raccoons at night. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful property! Very clean when we arrived, and you feel right at home inside and out, it has everything! We caught lots of fish off the dock, several keepers and were able to have a fish fry! The kids loved the loft and playing in the lake! The house is extremely spacious for alot of family members, the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The pool table was a crowd pleaser and also the large dining room table for game nights :) Thank you Terry and Terrie for sharing your home with us, we loved it !!

4 roommates returning after over 50 years to the lake. Brought our spouses. With the ability to have separate suites for all it worked great. We ate at Porta Chima (15 minutes). The kitchen was huge with all we needed. Grilled one night. Rented a boat for two days. The weather was spectacular (late Sept). Lake was empty (MTW). Loved it all. Grilled, used the fire pit and TV's. All guests were impressed.

The location, the accessibility to all the water, the land and all the places to visit. The view was spectacular and the peace & quiet was well worth every cent.
The owners are very nice people who are easy to work with.
Our main focus was reconnecting with our extended family. This was our first vacation together since the loss of our matriarch of our family whom passed a few years ago. The time we spent here at this beautiful house bonding, laughing. and healing was wonderful. You can see the love of family in all the amazing pictures of adventures hung around the house.
We came in cautious and left feeling revived and a whole family again.
You have to spend a week here just to understand!

We were down here for a family reunion. We have several siblings who have houses on the lake.... we also have several children and grandchildren of our own so we needed a large house for our crowd...the house was perfect...the kids all loved it. Wonderful peaceful location.

Parents' 51st Wedding Anniversary
We gathered for 5 days to celebrate the milestone in our parents' marriage. We had 18 people in our group. Ages ranged from 75 yo to 2 yo. Terri and Terry were awesome hosts. This house held all of us easily. All adult couples had their own bedroom and comfy bed. All of the cousins enjoyed sleeping up in the loft together on the 7 twin beds. The amount of space and spaces in this house made our 5 days a very relaxing and fun experience. The house was very well equipt to handle our group. The kitchen had all the tools needed to store and prepare 3 meals a day for 18 people for five days. The lake views are awesome. Nothing like sitting on the deck or screened-in porch in the morning with coffee and watching the sunrise while listening to the water. This house is well removed from any neighbors so it was easy to check out and relax. The showers were hot. The A/C blew cold to escape the heat in the middle of the day. The dock was well equipped for water recreation. The kids (14 to 2) enjoyed the kayaks, canoe, and lilypad. The dock was also equipt with life jackets of various sizes for kids and adults and floating noodles. There were plenty of chairs and lounges on the dock for us to relax in the sun or shade. There were speakers on the dock for music during the day. We rented a 24' tritoon boat for the week to enjoy some water sports. The boat fit nicely in the open slip. There were lifts for jet skis. This cabin is on the main channel but the channel is frairly wide at this location. The boat traffic picked up in the afternoons of Friday and Saturday but the kids and adults were still able to swim, float, jump and paddle around the dock all day without too much disturbance from the wakes of the passing boats. When we were not on the water we were shooting pool or relaxing in the many sitting areas. We cooked hotdogs and smores in the firepit next to the water on the last night. During our 5 days were not left wanting/needing anything from this host. Thank you Terri and Terry

Friends get away
We were a group of 16 that came to stay for the weekend to celebrate our friends 30th birthday. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is so beautiful with lots of space for everyone to enjoy. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. One of my favorite parts was being able to walk out on one of the several deck areas to sit back and the enjoy the view of the sunrises and sunsets over the lake. The place has its own dock with lots of water toys. A group favorite was the Lillypad, it was so much fun! The owners were very nice and easy to reach if we needed something. The whole process of booking the rental was a very easy and painless. I certainly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting a nice weekend with friends or family especially for larger groups. We had such a great time and I would love to come back one day!

Our three families of a group of 16 truly enjoyed what we called Paradise. The home is well stocked, very comfortable and in a fantastic location. We were all able to have space & we had plenty of space to eat together & party!

Fabulous Vacation
This property was amazing! Our family had plenty of room to spread out - there were 14 of us. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to relax and just have fun. The dock was great with toys galore - the kids especially enjoyed the kayaks and watermat. The cove was not busy so we could swim and go tubing safely. Amazing Family Vacation!!
This was such an amazing stay, with plenty of fishing, swimming and boating ...and quickly learned that everything in LOZ is closer by boat! We had four families, plus grandma in the house with plenty of room to spread out for some alone time or circle up for game time. The loft space was perfect for our kiddos, the kitchen had everything we needed and the owners were very quick to respond to communication before, during and after the stay. We will definitely be returning next year!

We really enjoyed out stay at this home and it fit our 4 families for a holiday gathering! The owners were quick to respond and even decorated for our early Christmas celebration. The kids enjoyed staying in the loft and everyone enjoyed playing pool, shuffleboard, the porches, fire pit and dock. We would stay here again!

The property is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. We had a work retreat with 12 people, could have easily added several more. Plenty of room for gathering and lots of space for getting away from each other also. Kitchen was well stocked, lakeside firepit was a hit. Loved that it is so secluded, no other homes visible, very quiet and peaceful, lovely view from the back. Beds were very comfortable, showers were great. We had a fabulous time and hope to return next year.

Huge home, plenty of room for a large group. A/C was cold, every room in the house was comfortable. Dock was spacious and had everything we needed. We rented a boat from Montego Bay boat rental, and they delivered the boat and then picked it back up the next day. Owners were very responsive and on top of things. I am renting another property from them in 3 weeks and very much look forward to it and I will be back to this house again. Thanks!

Best One Yet!
We could not have asked for a better location, set-up, or host family for our annual family reunion. The house is stunning, has more amenities than can even be listed, and we will definitely rent again!

Family reunion
Everything was exactly as described in pictures and reviews. We met the hosts/owners who were wonderful/personable people and were always very helpful when we had questions. They even stopped by to take family pictures of our 21 person group. Terri and Terry went above and beyond. I highly recommend this property for any large group with accommodations beyond expectations in a very quiet but accessible part of the Ozarks. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Amazing stay!
We had an amazing time! The lakehouse was gorgeous and looked just like the pictures! Even though it rained during our stay there was plenty of things to do inside and everyone was able to spread out. It never felt crowded and the kitchen made it easy to cook for a large group!

Great property in a good location
Loved this property. Nice location on the Lake; not too busy, loud or crazy. The house is unique in that there are multiple family rooms and spaces to spread out if you want. We hosted a working meeting for 12 and had plenty of space and enjoyed the amenities when not working. Everyone loved it; highly recommend.
